Happy 13th Birthday to my beautiful girl. 🤍

It’s hard to believe we’re officially in the teenage years. Watching you grow into the kind, strong, funny, selfless and determined young woman you’re becoming has been one of the greatest privileges of my life.

You challenge me, inspire me, make me laugh, and remind me every day what truly matters.

I often say on stage that you are “MY WHY” and that’s been my guiding light for the last 13 years.

Every early morning, every late night, every flight, every challenge, every sacrifice, every win, and every setback has always been for you and for us. My greatest hope is that as you watch this journey unfold, you see more than just the hard work. I hope you see resilience. Commitment. Integrity. Kindness. The courage to keep going when things get hard. Because those are the things that build character, and your character will always be your greatest strength.

My wish for you is simple. Always believe in yourself. Be kind. Be Confident. Work hard. Stay curious. Your voice matters. Dream Big. Don’t be afraid to take risks, learn from your mistakes, and chase the things that you love, that make you happy. The world will always remember how you make people feel.

For 13yrs you have given my life more purpose, more joy, more laughter and more love than I could have ever imagined. Being your mom is my greatest title and the best gift I’ll ever have.

No matter how much you grow, you’ll always be my little girl, and I’ll always be your biggest fan.

Tomorrow she turns 13😢 I wish I could slow down time but I can’t. Watching her become this incredible little lady is remarkable.

There is nothing I’d rather give her than experiences, memories, and quality time with me, her family & the people she loves the most.

Watching these girls laugh, be silly, dance, do girly stuff, make total chaos of the room OMG, just simply letting them be kids fills my heart.

This weekend was spent on the sidelines cheering on my favorite athlete! 💕

And if you’ve ever had a kid in sports, you know it’s not always pretty.

There are practices they don’t want to go to. Early mornings. Tough losses. Moments where they get frustrated, doubt themselves, or want to quit because something feels hard.

But that’s exactly why I love sports.
Because the goal isn’t just to build a great athlete. It’s to build character.

I talk a lot about having an Olympic mentality. The reality is that nobody becomes great overnight. It takes showing up over and over and over again. It takes doing the boring things. The hard things. The things you don’t feel like doing.

It takes consistency.

Watching Sloane this weekend reminded me that resilience is built long before anyone sees the result. It’s built in the practices, the setbacks, the repetition, and the decision to keep going when it would be easier not to.

And honestly, it’s no different than building a business or leading a team.

As leaders, we ask our teams to do hard things. Things they’ve never done before. Sometimes they push back. Sometimes they doubt themselves. Sometimes they think it’s easier to stay where they are.

Our job isn’t to let them quit. Our job is to coach them through it. To help them see what’s possible on the other side of consistency, discipline, and growth.

I’m so proud of this girl and the mindset she’s developing. The wins are great, but the lessons she’s learning will take her much further!

Happy Birthday Bestie❤️

Over a decade of friendship, raising our girls together, navigating life’s highs and lows, celebrating wins, surviving challenges, and somehow always being there for each other unconditionally.

Today is about you ❤️ These are the hard days I wish I could run over….Distance may separate us, but our friendship never misses a beat. Thank you for being one of the constants in my life, for all of the good times, the laughs, the cry’s, the loyalty, the support, and all the memories still to come.

To my sweet Sloane ❤️ Almost 13 years ago, you changed my life forever. It’s been me and you against the world, and being your mom is the greatest gift I will ever have and my biggest achievement.

You are the most kind, smart, funny, strong, athletic, beautiful, and deeply loving little girl, watching you grow into this incredible young little “mini-me”, while being your own person, with your own opinion and own voice makes me so proud.

Everything I do, every stage I stand on, every long day, every trip and every big goal I have is FOR US! It has always been to show you that you can become anything you want in this world. Never let anyone make you play small.

No title, achievement, or success will ever matter more to me than being your mommy. You are, and always will be, the best thing that ever happened to me.
