30 years ago this month, I started my first business.

Looking back, I’ve been incredibly fortunate. I’ve met amazing people, worked alongside great teams, built lifelong friendships, and shared countless meals and conversations along the way.

But today isn’t about business.

Today is about giving back.

To mark 30 years, I’m launching 30 Days of Good Deeds and I’m asking everyone I’ve met, worked with, partnered with, supported, or simply shared a moment with over those three decades to join me.

Here’s all you need to do:

✅ Do a random act of kindness for someone

✅ Share it on your socials

✅ Tag 3 people to do the same

Together, let’s create a ripple effect of kindness that reaches far beyond what any one of us could do alone.

❤️ A huge thank you to the Mo Chuisle Foundation for inviting Inish Theatre Group to be part of the incredible 30 Days of Good Deeds campaign.

It has been such a rewarding experience watching our members embrace kindness, give back to others and help spread positivity throughout our community. Every good deed, no matter how small, has made a difference.

We are absolutely delighted to be one of the campaign’s beneficiaries. The funds raised will help us continue to develop opportunities for children and young people across Inishowen, ensuring the future of musical theatre in our community continues to grow and thrive.

Thank you to everyone who took part, supported the campaign and helped create a ripple effect of kindness. Together, we’ve shown that small acts of kindness can make a big impact. ❤️🎭

You don’t have to be the expert in the room to change the world, you just have to care about something enough to take action towards it.

As we head into the final two days of @30daysofgooddeeds challenge, I wanted to share all the little ways we make our world a better place. All the little ways we can show up for the people in our life and cultivate that community spirit. Yes, being kind won’t cure cancer or win you a noble peace prize but just because some actions don’t produce loud results or come with a trophy, does not mean that they are insignificant.

The world doesn’t only change through grand gestures. More often, it’s shaped by the countless small acts of compassion that happen every single day, many of which go unseen.

We encourage you to never underestimate the impact of choosing kindness. Take 10 minutes out of your day today to do a small good deed for someone , make a donation to Mo Chuisle Foundation and nominate 3 other people to do the same. Help us spread some kindness around the world in the final two days of #30daysofgooddeedschallenge

🎭💛 30 Days of Good Deeds – Kindness in Every Lesson! 💛🎭

A huge well done to our wonderful Musical Theatre Facilitator, Shannon Doherty, for continuing to spread kindness as part of the 30 Days of Good Deeds campaign.

To celebrate the end of term, Shannon surprised each of her singing students with a thoughtful gift bag as a thank you for all of their hard work, dedication and progress throughout the year. 🎁🎶

It’s gestures like these that remind us that kindness doesn’t have to be grand—it can be as simple as making someone feel appreciated, valued and proud of what they’ve achieved.

🎭💛 30 Days of Good Deeds – Only 2 Days Left! 💛🎭

Our amazing youth member Conor McKinney has been spreading a little kindness in our community, and here’s his good deed in his own words:

“During the fabulous weather, I decided to treat a local business with some ice cream treats seeing as it was a really warm day.

When you do something nice for someone without expecting anything back, you create a ripple. That person feels seen, their heavy day gets a little lighter, and they are inspired to pass that warmth along to someone else.

In a world where you can choose to be anything, let us choose to be kind.” ❤️🍦

What a wonderful reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can brighten someone’s day and inspire others to do the same.

With only a few days left in our 30 @30daysofgooddeeds challenge, our wonderful Musical Theatre Facilitator – and our very own Belle from Beauty and the Beast – is encouraging everyone to keep the kindness going! 💛📚

Inspired by Belle’s love of books, she chose to spread kindness by sharing the joy of reading. Whether it’s donating a book, reading with a child, passing on a favourite story, or encouraging someone to discover a new book, small acts of kindness can have a big impact.

On Saturday, our amazing Inish Theatre Group Musical Theatre children were proud to do their good deed by performing at @buncranacc Children’s Festival on the Buncrana Shore Front.

Their fantastic performance helped raise both funds and awareness for sick children across Inishowen through the incredible work of Buncrana’s Children’s Charity. We are so proud of every single one of our young performers for giving up their time to make a difference in their community. 💛

I am spending the next 2 weeks in Panama and Guatemala mentoring and supporting 30 incredible young impact entrepreneurs who are working on solutions to make the world a more equitable place for everyone.

This is my good deed for June - giving my time, my energy and my expertise to help others and create a greater impact than what I myself can do alone.
