Yesterday was one of the biggest paydays of my life—and it had nothing to do with money, or wins and losses. It was all about seeing my girls on a field together for the first and last time.

Having three of my girls competing at the Division I level on the same field, two for Idaho State and one for Boise State, was a blessing I’ll never forget.

Having family there to support them made it even more special. Just an incredible day all around.

Proud of my girls. Proud of how they compete. And incredibly grateful for moments like this. ❤️

The work is only half the equation.

What you do after determines what you’re capable of tomorrow. Recovery Protein to refuel, a cold plunge to reset, and TAMAFLEX to keep your joints in the fight.

Recovery isn’t optional. It’s a non negotiable part of the work.🙏 by @troyvbell31

Watch NFL vet Bronson Kaufusi (@bkaufusi90 ) tell high school kids exactly what separates the levels.💪🏽🚀

Nutrition. Hydration. Ownership. Proximity.

The guys who make it aren’t more talented. They’re more deliberate. The earlier you learn that, the bigger the edge you build.
