-TRUBUILDER MISSION TRIP COMING UP-

@tru_builder and @commissionencounter have been laboring towards Gods kingdom for quite some time now. By working together in 2021, we put together a team of people from all over the United States who were determined to be the hands and feet of Jesus. We built a well to provide fresh water for the beautiful community of Pespire, Honduras, and help build a church that Rob and his brother in law Edwin preach at to this day.

We traveled back to Honduras in 2022 and attended a church service dedicating newborns, infants and toddlers to the Lord in the church we helped build in 2021. We built another well for the wonderful people of Cerro de Hule, Honduras, and built a bathroom and shower for family back in Pespire, Honduras, who was in desperate need.

By the Grace of God, Anthony and I lead a mission trip for the first time back to where God started our Brotherhood and Friendship. Honduras 🇭🇳.

Everything on this mission trip happened exactly the way God wanted it to. From forming the team together, flying out to Honduras, being the Hands and feet of God, to getting back home safely.

In this video you will see:
My first time Preaching outside of the U.S. with the help of Robert of @commissionencounter_honduras.

A soccer game that @edwin.flores03222 put together with his league for youth in the local area. We all watched as we got to know Hugo, Stephanie, and their Adventurous daughter Abi.

Eduardo & Josue guiding our team as we build a shower and toilet area and dig a ditch for a new water line for a wonderful family that attends at the church.

@anthony435_ and I teaching the Men in the Community Firearm Safety and Firearm Fundamentals at the very first Honduras Range Day down at the River.

@maria19banda preaching Gods word to strong, and amazing Kids and their wonderful families and our team praying with/for them.

Going out to the city with Edwin and his Wife Cristy showing us Cristo Del Picacho and the beautiful views of the city lights.

Then going out to celebrate our time together in Santa Lucia breaking bread, and seeing beautiful views of Gods Creations.

Didn’t realize how much I would love the country, the people we were blessed to serve, and the people I was blessed enough to serve with.

@tru_builder Adjumani 2024 Update (sorry it’s late!) Its been a wild and crazy time seeing everything that the Father is doing there in Adjumani, Uganda.

This is our third well project in Adjumani, and the last time we were there, we replaced the traditional hand pump with a more efficient deep water pump/solar power design. The project was not cheap. In fact, I could have drilled another well for the cost of this one!

But, the switch was needed for the 29 acre farm that will soon be the home to the 370 or so orphans (ranging from infancy to 15). Because of COVID, the kids were scattered into 5 different camps. Logistics makes running the orphanage difficult for our friends on the ground when they have to drive and transport goods all over the place. This consultation (that will soon take place, Lord willing) is still in process. The dormitory foundation have been laid, the land cleared, and 30,000 liters a day pumping out of the ground.

Special thanks to @nemo_arms who donated a large portion of this well project and to each of YOU who helped make this a reality with your prayers and support.

Interested in blessing the poor? It costs 1$ a day to feed one of these children three meals a day. And these meals are GOOD! I’ve eaten them many times. Contact me if you’ve decided in your heart to give faithfully and cheerfully.

@tru_builder ‘s third well project here in Honduras is a success, and the children/community couldn’t be happier.

We work directly with local churches here in the field to provide support to those who need it the most. If you’d like to support us, we first need prayer. God is the ultimate provider of all things as He “owns the cattle on a 1,000 hills.” We know that the Father supplies all things needed, but He uses people just like you who are cheerful givers. If you or your business is looking to give, keep in mind you’re giving to a 501c3 and 100% of what you give goes directly to support the impoverished. There are no administrative fees or processing fees.

If you’re interested, please give through @commissionencounter or venmo @commission-encounter and we will gladly steward what is given to help those who need it most in this area of honduras. When you give, simply type in the notes “Honduras.”

PRAY FOR US! 🙏🏻🤍

It’s time to leave again. #evansville ✈️ #honduras @commissionencounter and @tru_builder are off again to minister to those in need of clean drinking water.

For those of you who’ve been following these past few years, @tru_builder is my vision for the how to fund and facilitate water well projects for those who need it the most in Honduras, Brazil, and Uganda.

July 1-8 I’ll be leading/serving a team of 10 who will forever be changed when they meet Christ in the face of the poor. As a minister, it’s a beautiful thing to hear/see when people realize they are serving Christ.

We know there is eternal reward in such things, but it comes with the cost of pride to humble oneself to go and do it.

Would you ever consider funding a water well project for the impoverished? $3k-$7k. It all depends on the depth and the location. If you, your office, church, or family ever felt the call to give back, a trip like this it’s better than a vacation.

Matthew 25:31-40 (NASB) “But when the Son of Man comes in His glory, and all the angels with Him, then He will sit on His glorious throne. “All the nations will be gathered before Him; and He will separate them from one another, as the shepherd separates the sheep from the goats; and He will put the sheep on His right, and the goats on the left.

@tru_builder drilled it’s third successful well in Adjumani, Uganda.
There are regions of the world where children still drink from the most putrid conditions. The number one killer of human beings is the lack of clean drinking water/sanitation. Can you imagine sharing your drinking source with cows, goats, and chickens that urinate and defecate in your water?

Remember #pespire #honduras @tru_builder project we did last year?

How could you forget!? We came to drill a well for a Christian church/camp. In the process of drilling, we needed $1,000 more dollars to drill the extra 100ft for more water flow. We prayed on it, appealed to you on IG, and 4 days later we secured $13,000 dollars.

Why is this important? Because in order for the church to complete its 7 year year porject, it needed an additional $10,000 because of the rising Covid-costs of building materials. We went to drill a well, God completed His church.

Today, this is what it looks like! And the sounds of praise and worship that have been pouring forth from this building and into the community have brought hope to a impoverished, un-churched community in desperate need of clean water.

Jesus says: “You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do people light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a stand, and it gives light to all in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, so that they may see your good works and give glory to your Father who is in heaven.” Matthew 5:14-16 (ESV)

Westridge vibes: “Last time I was in water like this, I was up all night picking leeches off my scrotum.”

Seriously though, I had a blood sucking leech attach itself to my thigh as I learned how to fish in piranha filled, Amazon waters.

It’s been a rainy week here outside of Manaus. My friend, Pastor Odali (a Amazon Indian native, who went to school @ UK) taught me how to throw a net. I wasn’t very good, but at least I caught a fish on my first throw!

@commissionencounter and myself came down on the 11th on a @tru_builder trip. Odali is one of the people @tru_builder supports for drilling water wells for impoverished communities.

This is my second time to #manaus and it has been a God filled time of preaching the gospel, service to the poor, fellowship, fasting, and fishing.

Every well project is dedicated back to the source, the Man Himself.

Uganda was truly a thin place, where you and the Divine feel nearer than you’ve ever been.

The fellowship we all had, the miracles we saw, the time we spent was all a precursor to the work He is leading us to do there in Uganda.

Can’t wait to tell you more about it.

Deep in the bush, outside of Adjumani Uganda, there is a community of 325 people who are tasting clean water for the first time, Today!

After letting the concrete settle in for a week, the hand pump well is now operational.

Uganda is currently peaceful, but it wasn’t always like that. South Sudanese Rebels mercilessly killed and maimed many in north Uganda. Ethnic cleansing, rape, and “recruiting” child soldiers were just some of the tactics of the rebels that once occupied these lands.

Probably the worst report we heard was a village of orphans we visited, where the children were forced by the rebels to eat their own parents who were butchered in front of them.

The human heart is capable of unspeakable evil. But, all the darkness in the world can’t snuff out a single candle.

@tru_builder is on track to raise $4,500 dollars to drill a well for these children (90 total) and the workers/teachers/pastors who live and educate these children.
