This session is all about helping you find what your fast is. What fast actually feels like so when you go racing you are guessing less.

Super excited to kick off our first training session of 2024 at Cwmcarn next weekend. 🙌

Legendary coach @iann_taylor is taking 4 riders 16 and under to work on their agility, balance and speed in preparation for the 2024 races. 👌

We decided to keep these courses at just 4 riders to offer enhanced attention. 👀

Grassroots racing! 🏁
This is so important for the progression of gravity MTB. ALL the riders on the world scene started at this level!
No the track isn’t a big World Cup track but there is race tape, track lines, nerves, competition, crashes, race processes, emotions…the list goes on of all the skills riders can progress at these smaller events.

Was great to see some of the younger true race clients out racing this weekend in the Forest of Dean. ✊
