Movement is one of the greatest forms of wealth. 🤍

Every class is a reminder of how lucky we are, to move, to grow stronger, to celebrate what our bodies can do, & to be surrounded by people who inspire us to keep going. 👯‍♀️🩰

Not every day is 100%, and that’s okay. Some days we bring our best, & other days we simply bring ourselves. Both matter. Progress isn’t built on perfection, it’s built on showing up.
