🌟 Rep Interviews Are Back! 🌟
With our busier season coming up, I decided to move up the rep team interviews—one because I’m way too excited, and two because I can’t wait to get started! 💕

I’m looking to take 5–10 girls to join my team as reps for True Color Co.!

Important: You MUST have signed up in the interest form to be considered.

Details:
📍 Location: Tyronza Park
⏰ Time: 3:00 PM
💻 Preferably in-person, but virtual interviews are available if needed

I will be attaching a PDF for all the girls that signed up with questions that may or may not be asked to help you prepare! ✨

Slots are limited—first-come, first-served based on interest form submissions.

DM me with any questions—but remember, signing up in the interest form is required to secure your spot 🌷 taken in Tyronza, Arkansas by @truecolorco

Just a reminder that the Rep Team Interest Form is still open, but it will be closing on March 1st! If you’ve been thinking about it, now’s the time to get it submitted 🤍

https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1qunT2XHNehz26dRAihfYPjsAr_X5KaSrhB16MLnDfkY/viewform

We also officially have our interview date set!
📅 April 11th
⏰ 3:00 PM
📍 Location: TBA (will update once finalized)
👕 Dress code: casual

Once I see who has completed the form, I’ll be sending out a PDF with things you should be prepared to answer during interviews.

So excited to see who’s interested this year!! ✨🫶 taken in Tyronza, Arkansas by @truecolorco

Rep team interviews for the 26–27 season will be on April 11th — and I’m doing things a little differently this year.

This season, I chose two girls who truly stood out. They shared my posts, always commented, showed up loud and proud, and supported my business consistently. Because of that, I’m introducing a new title: Rep Vets.

✨ Johnna & Addie ✨

Not only are they officially Rep Vets, but they are also automatically placed on the 26–27 rep team and will be helping me with interviews this year. They’ll also play a big role in helping with the mini team.

I plan on carrying this rep business on even after I graduate high school, so if becoming a Rep Vet is something you want in the future, consistency matters. Share, post, support, and show up.

Now, back to interviews 👀
Last year I did Google Forms, but I felt like I didn’t truly get to connect with the girls. This year, I want to try something new — and I need your help choosing.

What should I do?
A. In-person interviews (so I can see body language)
B. Zoom interviews (so I can see how you are on camera)

Comment A or B and let me know 👇 by @truecolorco

🚨 MEDIA DAY REMINDER 🚨

Tomorrow I will be taking baseball & softball media day pictures at the game gym in Marked Tree.

Please make sure all players planning to take pictures bring anything they want included (bats, gloves, balls, etc.).

If your coach has not already given you a uniform for pictures, they will tomorrow.

⚾ SENIORS ONLY will have a picture taken in the baby blue uniform.

⏰ Do not arrive inside the gym before 3:30 PM so the basketball team has time to finish practice and pack up.

💲 Pricing:
Each picture is $10
Example: 3 pictures = $30

I can’t wait to see everyone tomorrow!! 😊

++ feel free to tag anyone you know would be interested! taken in Marked Tree, Arkansas by @truecolorco
