I used to dance without fear. Somewhere along the way, I shrank—I made myself small, holding back the very thing that made me come alive. But God wasn’t finished with me. ✨

He reminded me that my gift was never meant to stay hidden. Through the process, I found my voice again. I learned to take up space, to move freely, and to lead with confidence.✨

Now, I help dancers do the same—heal the parts of them that want to shrink, and step into the fullness of who they were created to be.✨

Some days you’ll feel inspired.
Other days you won’t even want to move.

But Scripture doesn’t say follow your feelings—
it says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart.” (Proverbs 3:5)

That means showing up when it’s hard.
Moving when it feels off.
Staying consistent when motivation fades.

Because your dance isn’t built on emotion— it’s built

Growth in dance doesn’t always feel good at first.

Sometimes the very thing God is calling you to do is the thing that stretches you the most—freestyling when you feel insecure, showing up when you feel unseen, or moving in a way that feels unfamiliar.

Comfort keeps you in what you already know.
Obedience grows you into who you’re becoming.

The Lord will often build your confidence in the places that feel uncomfortable. Don’t let fear keep you from the movement He placed inside of you.

Feelings come and go.
Some days you feel confident… other days you don’t even want to move.

Not another class.
Not more technique.
Not pushing yourself to exhaustion trying to “get it right.”

But letting go.

Letting go of pressure.
Letting go of comparison.
Letting go of needing to be seen… and choosing to be led.

Because when you surrender your dance to the Lord, it stops being about performance—and starts becoming purpose.

The biggest thing holding back your dance… isn’t your skill.
It’s the thoughts you keep agreeing with.

The “I’m not good enough.”
The “I’ll never get it.”
The “I don’t look like them.”

But God never said any of that.

He said to be transformed by the renewing of your mind.
He said to take every thought captive.
He said you are able, chosen, and called.

So the real question is…
what thoughts are you choosing to move with?

Because the moment you shift your mindset,
your movement will follow.

It’s time to break agreement with fear
and start dancing in truth, confidence, and authority.

Many dancers feel disqualified because of their past.

But you don’t have to stay bound to the sin that once controlled your dance.

Freedom in Christ changes the way you move.

You stop dancing for approval and start dancing from purpose.

Some of the biggest limitations dancers face aren’t physical. They’re the beliefs that say you’re not enough, not ready, or not worthy.

But when you dance for Jesus Christ, you’re no longer moving from fear. You’re moving from identity.

Scripture says, “God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.” — Second Epistle to Timothy 1:7

Through Jesus, you already have the authority to break past fear and step fully into your calling.

Not validation. Not attention. Not approval from people.
