You ain't fooling anyone...

Freedom is the ONLY way to true Joy.

Chasing "Joy Highs" is no different than chasing adrenaline rushes or drug highs.

Real ones can sniff out fakes from a mile away. You might seem happy with your fake smile, but we can feel your pain underneath. The pain that you're hiding. Would rather you just be authentic and show your true self.

It is very beautiful to help other people come out of their shell. People need to have more fun, but don't mistake this as anything more than that. True growth only happens when you look at the things that are holding you back from actually being the person that you want to be.

In the end of the day it's all an exchange. It's all a balance. Some need more joy while others need more depth and self-reflection. It's the balance that brings about the freedom to shift this world.

💯❤️‍🔥💯

Offense > Defense

Stay in your power. Love. Don't close down. Shine brighter and dissolve the darkness.

When your time has come, you are just ready. You just step forward and do. The mind just goes with it. There is a peace and a trust. It's a knowing that the time is now.

Cold ocean dips to regulate the nervous system and to feel the fullness of my body. It's one of those times where the pieces are being moved. People are being moved around. New Beginnings are happening as well as being pushed out of comfort zones. Triggers and dysregulation seem to be higher than normal for some reason. Even for those that don't usually fluctuate like that. If that's you and you are feeling vulnerable or angry, whatever is arising, love it. Flow with it. Be compassionate with yourself and gracious. Even when we feel ever so alone, we aren't. Even a fly on your window sill becomes company. Or a tree. Remember how far you've come. This present moment may feel like an old version or even a back slide/set back but it's really just an opportunity to put your growth to work. Have that breakthrough, step out of that immature and unproductive pattern. Be a new person. Don't be a coward and cower in a corner of fear and mediocrity. Leave behind all the negativity and pathetic excuses. You are worthy to shine and are capable of this rebirth. Surrender to Love. See it in every spot it hides. Silence your mind and tune into the body and you will open the door to a peace and truth that is undeniable and unquestionable. We are all in this together....
