To everyone who has offered their hands, hearts, and prayers during this time, I am deeply moved and humbled by your compassion. The fires have taken so much—my father’s business, the homes of friends and family, and so many memories rooted in this sacred land. Yet, through the ashes, your kindness shines as a beacon of 𝐡𝐨𝐩𝐞, reminding us that our sense of love and community cannot be burned away.

This is a time of great loss and devastation, but also a time for unity and strength. We need your continued prayers and support as we navigate this journey of rebuilding—our lives, our land, and our spirits.

May God bless you for your acts of service, continued generosity and also hold us all close as we walk together through this season of grief and renewal. From the greatest depths of my heart to yours, thank you for standing with us and for us. Now, more than ever a sense of community and connection is strongly needed. Remember to have patience and compassion for each other’s mental and emotional states at this very fragile time. Your love is felt more deeply than words can express.

To our ordinary heroes, we honor you — may we continue to hold each other closely, in love.

The Wolfpack and I took a mini workcation to Deer Mountain Inn upstate in the Catskills. We had such a wonderful time, it hardly felt like work…After all, time fly’s when you’re having fun! Thank you for such an unforgettable experience @deermountaininn we truly felt transported to a mystical place.

My yoga is so beautiful.
My yoga practice showcases my energy in motion; it’s how I express my emotion.
My yoga practice is a dance.
My yoga practice is a sensual song, each pose and breath held like one long note.
Each day my yoga is a new melody.
My asanas are particular and imperfect.
Doing yoga is how I humble myself and find more compassion for the dis~ease of perfectionism.
Yoga is how I nourish the parts of myself that yearned to be a ballerina.
Yoga is my discipline, my sense of accomplishment and my ego’s favorite way to die.
Yoga is a trance for my mind.

Baby doe and I had the most magical weekend EVER!! The whole weekend was amazingg. It was a spiritual festival of love! We planted our love into the sacred land, had reiki healing, went kayaking, danced, hiked to the tops of mountains to watch the sunrise, sang together around fires, rode a natural made water slide, heard AMAZING bands play, did some acro yoga, endured intense sound bowl healing and loved and laughed and lived!!! It was ABSOLUTELY incredible! Oh and Isla had the time of her life too and made a ton of doggie friends:) THANK YOU to everyone who made this experience possible and so special!!
