‘Be My Glory’ live from @norivalnation last month is now on my YouTube — stripped back and reimagined a bit🌅🙂 Let the one who glories, glory in the Lord🤲🏻 by @trulah_
My new song, History Repeats, chronicles two separate historic events, two gardens, two wills, both of which have had a direct impact on my life. Surely, I am not the first to tell you that history repeats. Like a broken record, the world spins on its axis, repeating the same imperfection over and over. It has been said that those who do not learn from the past are doomed to repeat it. Is that really all it is? We’re just terrible students of the past and with a little more effort and study, can patch up our age-old wound? I believe it goes much deeper, with entangling roots which the hands of time cannot untie. Verse one is the origin, the genesis; the fall of man. How can what has fallen ever rise above? This song is my exploration of that question. Listen in full wherever you stream music! Everlasting Love ~ a lullaby written and recorded by yours truly in collaboration with @oliveshootsmusic ~ out now wherever you stream🕊️ - My friends over at @oliveshootsmusic have a beautiful vision to nurture young hearts of faith, starting with a three song lullaby EP, which I had the joy of collaborating on. This is the first of many more EP’s to come, featuring a diverse range of collaborators and artists. So be sure to keep an eye out for more music and resources from them. - I loved being a part of this, especially as more and more of my friends and loved ones have kids. This feels like a small gift I can give their families 💝 I have one other song I wrote for expecting mothers which will release in the coming months. I pray it’s a blessing, and not just for little ones and parents, but for all of us who have become children of God. - Big thanks to everyone tagged💓💓 by @trulah_
