News time!! I'm super excited to announce that my portrait 'The Swimmers' is amongst the winners of this year's Portrait of Britain Vol 7 Awards!!

What a way to start the year this is. I came across this lovely bunch of gentlemen on an evening stroll in Penzance last summer. As soon as I saw them I knew I had to take their portrait. It immediately struck me as a significant image that had a story to tell about male friendships and the strong bonds that are formed through shared passions and community.

From my new series HEAT

Earlier in the summer I set out to document London during the heatwave. I wasn't interested in focusing on visual cliches and common places. Instead, I wanted to explore how my visual language can communicate something as abstract as the heat itself, through the way in which it changes the city and using narrative and visual rhythm to evoke a feeling or emotion. by @truli_photo
