We didn't start TRULY NUTS! to make another healthy snack. We started it to make snacking mean something beyond healthy. 🌰

Every Brazil nut we source comes from the Amazon rainforest, wild-harvested by communities who have protected these forests for generations. Our job is to make sure that this relationship is honoured and built to last.

That means fair wages above the market rate and real opportunities for the people closest to the source.

It also means putting our profits where our purpose is. Our donations go directly to projects that protect and restore the rainforest, including our reforestation work in Peru with One Tree Planted (@onetreeplanted), where we're working toward planting one million trees.

Because the Brazil nut tree can only grow in standing, untouched forest.

Protecting the nut means preserving the ecosystem around it and empowering the people who call it home.

Good for you. Good for the people. Good for the planet. 🌳

TRULY NUTS! didn't start in a lab.

It started with this snack-obsessed dad right here who simply got fed up.

Fed up with seeing 'natural' flavours (🙄) and a bunch of complicated ingredients on every snack packet.
Fed up with not having any snacks he could confidently give to his kids.

So... he decided to make one. As you do.
And thus, TRULY NUTS! was born 🥜

We're not trying to reinvent snacking or do anything crazy like that.

We're just making snacks that feel... human again.

Like something you'd throw together in your own kitchen (if you had time... and a nut dehydrator). 🤪

And it turns out, a lot of people feel the same - our best seller is our "buck naked" Brazil nuts.

❤️‍🩹 Just real snacks. For real humans.
One honest bag at a time.

The best plans have no real plan.

An iced matcha, cold brew and iced coffee with friends, a game on the table, and a bag of Deep Thoughts Dark Chocolate Brazil Nuts somewhere within reach.

Stay for another round. 🌰

Some snacks are made for the rush. Others are made for moments like this.

Golden light, good food, nowhere else to be. A handful of simple things on the table, including TRULY NUTS! Brazil nuts, wild harvested from the Amazon and made for taking wherever the day leads.

Four small but mighty things happen every time you open a pack, and most people never think about any of them.

This nut can't be farmed, so every pack is wild harvested by hand from the Amazon floor, gathered only once the forest lets it fall.

The shells that would usually go to waste power the factory that processes them, and the people running that factory mostly come from the town it calls home.

Even the nutrition holds up quietly: Brazil nuts are the richest natural source of selenium, and a small handful covers 100% of what you need.

Good for the people. Good for the planet.

Swipe through, then tell us which fact surprised you. 🌰

Ever wondered what a Brazil nut looks like before it reaches the bag?

It starts inside a hard, woody fruit in the Peruvian jungle. Once opened, the nuts are dried, cracked from their shells, and gently roasted until the soft, milky kernel becomes the crunchy Brazil nut we know.

A simple process, shaped by nature from the very beginning. 🌰

There's a nut that refuses to be farmed.

Brazil nut trees only grow wild in living rainforest, and every attempt to cultivate them commercially has failed, so the wild forest is the only place this nut has ever come from.

Each one begins life inside a pod about the size of a coconut, growing high in the Amazon canopy until the forest decides it's ready and lets it fall, carrying up to twenty-five nuts inside.

Nobody climbs up to pick them, and nobody speeds up the wait, which means the forest has to stay standing for the nuts to keep coming at all.

Good for the people. Good for the planet. 🌰

Chocolate Strawberry Yoghurt Bowl with a Brazil nut crunch? Morning sorted. 🌰🍓

Start with thick, creamy yoghurt, add fresh strawberries and a little chocolate, then finish with chopped Brazil nuts for a rich, buttery crunch.

It’s simple, satisfying, and quietly nourishing. Brazil nuts are naturally rich in selenium, so a small sprinkle goes a long way.

Everything you need:

⇒ Yoghurt
⇒ Fresh strawberries
⇒ Organic honey
⇒ Chocolate
⇒ Chopped TRULY NUTS! Brazil nuts

Creamy, fruity, a little chocolatey, and just crunchy enough.

Save this for the mornings that need a better start.

Three ingredients, one very good snack upgrade.

Split a Medjool date, press a dark or milk chocolate Brazil nut into the centre, finish with a pinch of sea salt.

That's genuinely it, no recipe card needed, just real food doing what it does best.

Real food. Real energy.

Save this recipe for later. 🌰

Always Stoked is more than a flavour. It’s a mindset.

It’s about chasing the next view, taking the harder route just to see where it leads, and staying curious enough to keep climbing.

Brazil nuts, almonds and cashews with a bold smoked flavour, made for wherever you end up next. 🌰

Just unboxed @trulynutsglobal and honestly… these disappeared way too fast 🌰✨

Crunchy, perfectly roasted and packed with flavour - this snack will soon become a firm favorite. From smoky roasted mixes to chocolate-coated bites, there’s something seriously delicious about them. Brazil nuts are naturally rich in selenium, which supports immunity and overall wellness. This is the kind of snack that you actually feel good about reaching for. And it’s even better knowing that they are wild harvested from the Amazon rainforest.

You can find them at Guardian, FairPrice, Shopee, Lazada Singapore, WHS travel when heading to the airport, or online at sg.trulynuts.com. The products will be launched shortly at Sheng Siong.✨
