Reminding myself, healing is not linear.

For me is cyclical- one step forward, maybe 2 or 3 steps back.
Rise & Fall. Good days & bad.

Learning to go with the flow. Like the ocean- vast, endless, the unknown; I ride the waves of my life. Not one wave is the same as any other.

Life is an experience. Some good, some not so good.
Appreciate every wave- positive & negative. There are lessons in them all! Take with you what is and leave what isn't.
Breathe. Gratitude.

Grew up in the 80s, Breakfast Club was just one of the classics and I was able to see Simple Minds LIVE, finally at 47 years old! Wow! They sound perfect and on point!
