The walls of @downbeat_musicalartscentre on East Market Street in Warren do not just decorate a music studio. They narrate!🎶🎶🎶

In our new interview, Mariano Longo describes Warren’s music scene as “comprised of journeymen musicians… great cover bands… great singers,” but “not a Lennon and McCartney, not a Stevie Wonder, not a Brian Wilson.”

A single song, he insists, can be “transformational… It takes you out of being a struggling journeyman musician to actually being able to compete on a national stage.”

That diagnosis shapes what Downbeat Music Studio is now.

“We’re presenting a vibe where creativity is still relished and valued,” Mariano said. “This place is not meant to be some money maker… this is a place for development, a laboratory.”

Take a lantern-led tour through Millionaires Row and hear about hauntings, history, and hometown legends!

👻The 2026 Ghost Walk takes place on October 16, 17, 24, and 25.

🎃Tours start at 6:30 pm and run every 15 minutes until 9 pm.

⛪The event begins at First Presbyterian Church in Warren, located at 256 Mahoning Avenue NW.

🎫Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children ages 5-12, and are available onsite or online.

1. @twistedpeacock - A colorful coffee stop with bagel sandwiches, seasonal drinks and puzzles to play with inside. See if you can count how many peacocks you see inside the shop!

2. @uponabookstore - This mother & daughter-owned shop is adorable in every way. Check out the recommendations shelf or pick up a “Blind Date with a Book” if you’re having trouble deciding what to read next!

3. @awltrumbull - Why should you visit AWL? Not only can you visit all the cute kittens and animals, but they have a thrift store for pet clothes and other animal items!
