So here it is! Another long but successful season in the books! I want to thank all the athletes and families involved in making this one statistically our best one yet. So many memorable moments and friendships made. With all of the stress-filled days it took, the tears, the energy output.. If you saw even half of the work that was put in since October last year (well even dating back to last summer), you would see how well-deserved and earned this season was. Gonna do it by the numbers so feel free to repost!! Looking forward to next year and seeing what the rising stars can add to their legacies. Remember we run to have fun, build friendships and to get to college. Thank you to our seniors for continuing to enhance the quality of this program and hopefully inspire the next generation of track athletes to be better as well.

As we enter Regionals, I wanted to congratulate everyone who’s worked hard this off season (or any of the previous ones) to try and take their game to the next level. It’s a lot of mental and physical struggles that can take place to resiliency always wins. That being said I want to be able to put on display what hard work and confidence in yourselves can do for an athlete. Athletes will always progress at different rates but at the end of the day if everyone can meet their end goal that’s all that matters!

They say all good things must come to an end… Sadly for them, it’s outdoor time so things are just heating up!! Since the club has been started back in 2019-2020 this has been our absolute best year to date! From the traveling and bonding as a team to the long list of personal records and all-time performances this group raised the bar. Check out the performances from this season as well as our progression chart as well to see what all this group accomplished this year. Lastly, all of this couldn’t have been possible without the co-operative parents and athletes this season. Stuck in there with 1 goal in mind and that was to be the best versions of ourselves that we could be!!
