Meet Taylor Wayne, LCSW and the founder behind Valeo. She spent years watching real, deep training get reduced to the same checked box on a profile as someone brand new to the field. So she built Valeo: a way for mental health professionals to have their actual expertise seen, not just claimed. If your training goes deeper than a checkbox on a profile, Valeo Verified is on its way to help your expertise stand out. Follow along, we’ll let you know the moment applications open. 🌱 #ValeoVerified #MentalHealthProfessionals #TherapistCommunity by @trustvaleo

A badge should mean something. Valeo Verified is designed to be a visible signal of the expertise behind a therapist’s work. We look beyond licensure to the training, experience, continued learning, and clinical perspective a therapist has developed over time. Each application is reviewed by our team of clinical experts against the Valeo Verified standard. And because expertise continues to evolve, verification is renewed annually. Swipe to see what stands behind the Valeo Verified badge. #ValeoVerified #mentalhealthprofessionals #therapistsofinstagram #therapistcommunity #mentalhealth by @trustvaleo

Today, when a therapist adds “Anxiety” to their profile on most sites, they just have to check a box. That’s it. No one reviewed the training behind it, no clinical experience check, no continuing education check, nothing. Licensure gets verified. Expertise doesn’t, and those are two different things. 🌱Valeo Verified changes that: our team of clinical experts look at each Valeo Verified applicant’s training, clinical experience, continued education, and certifications behind every specialty a therapist selects. Swipe through to see what we’re doing about it. #ValeoVerified #MentalHealthProfessionals #TherapistCommunity #TherapistTraining by @trustvaleo

Most mental health professional profiles are self-reported. A license gets checked, but everything else on a profile doesn’t. Valeo Verified means someone actually reviewed your training, specialties, and approach before a client ever sees your profile. Real recognition for the real work you’ve put into becoming an expert. Swipe through to see what Valeo Verified means, and why it matters. Valeo Verified is coming soon 🌱 #ValeoVerified #mentalhealthprofessionals #therapistcommunity by @trustvaleo
