POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

What if I just posted things that I was inspired by and write whatever that comes to mind instead of worrying about perfecting all the things?

This little basket of dandelion flowers was picked from my backyard, and it was the first thing I did after waking up. Barefoot in my PJs. Before brushing my teeth or making tea.

It made me happy. 🌼 I have no idea why but I felt called to do it. They were so bright and happy in my yard..the sun was out, the birds were singing...the chickens were clucking... for a moment, I was just so grateful for everything around me and smiling through my every being.

I can't wait for more moments like this as I settle in my new home and making my life just so...just the way I like it.

I'm not sure who 1k of ya is following me here lol but I think I'm going to be more intentional about just posting when inspiration calls. Whatever it may be, no strategy, no branding, no ai, no highlight reels, just me and my thoughts, and my sporadic urges. That came out sounding a little weird...

Raw. Real. Stick around or hit that unfollow button 🤷🏻‍♀️

Ps. Music choice was soundtrack of the day. I listened to it in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. I think Cantonese version is my fav. by @truth.ninjia

Pretty obsessed with this. 😍

Asked ChatGPT to create an illustration based on what it knows about me. Thanks @shellylynn.hughes for the fun prompt. ✨

Earth day hike photo dump with my little tree huggers. 🫶🏽💚🌳

Though it wasn’t a very long hike because of course every tree has to be climbed! 😅

The collective energy and focus around earth day was powerful, wasn’t it? I’m hopeful. 💚 by @truth.ninjia

It’s come a long way since I thought of nothing of dandelion, more than a weed. Now I get excited when I stumble upon a patch of nettle, or plantain leaves, and certainly get lost in time on a hike trying to identify all the plants I see lol.⁣
⁣
I can’t wait to remember more of this sacred relationship I have with plants..I always knew the trees spoke (some of you here might have been heard me saying that I can hear them and you might think I was crazy 🤣) and turns out..I’m not the only one!⁣
⁣
🏹 Herbal medicine isn’t alternative medicine, it’s always been the people’s medicine since the beginning of time. I’m so curious what my grandmothers mother use to support her family’s health…there’s so much I want to know!⁣
⁣
🌀 That’s why im so grateful to be part of this next cohort in the Herbalism Program @ecoversity! I’m going to be learning not only about plant uses but making my own herbal apothecary at home to add to my bag of tricks, herbs for all body systems, plant spirit medicine, herbal energetics, sacred garden design, herbs for moms and babies and all the things! ⁣
⁣
They re-opened their enrollment for 48 hrs due to popular demand. First class started but it was only orientation, so if you’re called to join me, it’s not too late! Check out the link in my bio! 𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲: 𝗞𝗶𝗺𝗼𝘁𝗼 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆! 🌹🌿🙌🏽 by @truth.ninjia

3 ingredients for a happy Jiali; salty beach hair, no shoes and sunshine.

The funny thing is I didn’t even think it was a good picture back when it was taken.

Looking at it now I wanna be her like right NOW.

Summer, here’s looking at you! ☀️🌊🦶🏼

Thank you @mr.katsumoto for being the constant witness to my little life. 📸🥹✨ by @truth.ninjia

Nature sure is swell. 🌊

One of my favourite things to do around here.
Life can be a lot, and when you get overwhelmed …like doing a few hours of errand running and seeing people, first stop is the beach before even unloading the groceries. Highly recommend! 😂🙌🏽💙

A quick glimpse of the whole year in this ecosystem…🌬️🌊🌲🦅🐚⁣
⁣
Not going to lie, the move from the city to the island sure had my nervous system go through some major shocks, shifts and swells…Though I’m so grateful to be held by mama earth for all the support and soothing that I needed through it all.⁣
⁣
✅ 2024 is the year for alignment, leveling up and all the soul truths. I mean from here on out really that’s all I want! ⁣
⁣
What that may look like in a tangible form: (in no particular order)⁣
⁣
♡ Start writing a book? Because i wondered today, if there was one book that I would want every soon-to-be-mother to read, what kind of book would it be?⁣
♡ Travel and hug my friends irl⁣
♡ Create my own sanctuary/space ⁣
♡ Be intentional about making time/space to check-in with myself⁣
♡ Declutter a little bit everyday⁣
♡ Create/find more magic in my life⁣
♡ Say yes to things I really want to do⁣
♡ That means saying no to the things I don’t want to do⁣
♡ Plan a better garden⁣
♡ Complete my herbalism certification 🌹⁣
♡ Generate abundance in all forms⁣
♡ Hold my kids close through it all⁣
♡ Continue to learn and be open to opportunities for growth for my highest good⁣
♡ Ask for help when I need!⁣
♡ Be more afraid of my light rather than my shadow…🌚🌝⁣
⁣
What might some of yours be??🪷⁣
⁣
I’m excited for the year ahead, ⁣
to magical adventures, ⁣
meeting magical beings, and ⁣
rooted in the frequency of love & peace through it all! 🤍🕊️🌎🥹🍵✨ by @truth.ninjia

My mood lately summed up with 10 memes. ➡️⁣

𝘈𝘯𝘺𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘦𝘭𝘴𝘦 𝘧𝘦𝘦𝘭 𝘮𝘦? ❤️‍🩹⁣
⁣
If you do, you should probably explore @ecoversity 𝟲-𝗠𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗰𝘂𝗹𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻. 💯🌻🥕⁣
⁣
Because tbh we are all just a bunch of “weirdos” in here trying to follow our hearts and do what makes us happy, be good caretakers of the land and leave a legacy that our children will be proud of. 🥹🌳⁣
⁣
Or maybe just on the basic level, we love nature and want to do more to protect it but feel helpless and lonely. 😕⁣
⁣
The biggest takeaway from this course is indeed, 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺. The feeling that you are not alone and all isn’t doom and gloom out there, 𝘪𝘴 𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯𝘨. There are so many of us in this green army and we need all of us to stay together, especially now, more than ever. 🌎🕊️🤍⁣
⁣
Class almost starting, Oct 24th, payment plans available, or message me for deep discount! (𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲: 𝗝𝗜𝗔𝗟𝗜) More info in link in bio, friends…see you on the inside!! 🐛🦋✨⁣

Right where I always find them. Amongst the trees. 🌳🐒✨

Also, since when are they so big…😭

Another September, another school year, and another of their little years fleeting. 🥹

My inspiration, my joy, my teachers and my guides. How did I ever get so lucky to be trusted with their beautiful souls…🤍

Everyday is a gift with these two!! When I was younger I thought a slower pace life is for retirement…unlearning now that it should be the way of life, so that I can soak up all the little moments many times over…🐣🦋✨ by @truth.ninjia
