Truth Organics is a holistic fermentation kitchen specializing in crafting therapeutic, probiotic-rich products that cultivate well-being. Founded by Nathan Bauman in 2023, following his personal journey of overcoming autoimmunity and achieving remission from Hashimoto's, our mission is rooted in the belief that true health emerges from clinically-proven, gut-centric strategies.

Located in Upland in southern California, we are much different than a traditional kitchen. We are a community united by the transformative potential in consuming probiotic rich, nutrient-dense, bioavailable fermented foods grounded in ancient practices. Who we are is so much more than a checklist of healthy handcrafted products; it's a shared commitment to embracing forgotten traditions, gut centric health strategies, and a healthier life.

Truth Organics is dedicated to delivering probiotic-rich and restorative foods that meet the highest standard possible for potency, purity, and quality. Many of our products use research validated strains of probiotics that have specific and targeted uses.

Our offerings are meticulously researched and validated, designed to support healthy immune response and optimal wellness. With an emphasis on both nourishment and revival, we are innovators, uniting ancient traditions, modern biohacking, and the latest peer-reviewed scientific published research to help our community achieve the highest levels of wellness possible.

Hey friends, I’m Nathan. I started Truth Organics after my own journey overcoming autoimmunity and finding remission from Hashimoto’s.

In our Upland kitchen, we craft small-batch, probiotic-rich foods designed to support your gut, immunity, and overall wellness. This isn’t just food, it’s a daily ritual rooted in ancient fermentation, science-backed probiotics, and a belief that true health comes from the gut.

Every batch is made with care, potency, and purpose because your wellness deserves nothing less.
