Sara Bärend is a ball juggler from Germany. She loves to combine juggling with dance and movement and is most happy when she gets to do this together with other people.
Her practice explores juggling as an embodied expression of mindfulness, care, vulnerability, and an appreciation for the smallest details.
For her circus is a way to express, what words can not capture.

🌱💫

Here is a little teaser of what I am working on for my graduation.
Maybe in the final version of the act I will actually throw the balls as well, but you have to come and see the show to find out 😉

The final performances will be on the 18th and 20th of June in Tilburg!
If you have any questions or would like to reserve a free ticket just send me a message.

I feel incredibly lucky to have had artistic support in this creation process, amongst others from: @sing_stefan @sergi.pares @peadair_ and @gannapoppea.
Thank you for all your help! by @try.drop.repeat

Last weekend I had the pleasure of performing at the "Back to Base" open stage of @tentcircus.
It was a super lovely event and allowed me the opportunity to test the current version of my graduation project on some audiences that are not my classmates.
"Mycelium 2.0" is underway and will be presented at our graduation performances in June!

Thank you to @anahi_clemens for the gorgeous photos ❤️📸 taken in Likeminds by @try.drop.repeat
