BE THE LIGHT IN SOMEONE’S STORM! 🌊✨

By the seashore, in splendor of stone,
He has stood through the ages, steadfast and lone.
A giant of granite, silent and grand,
Forged by the storms that battered the land.
I gazed at his form with a deep, reverent awe,
When suddenly, his voice stirred my soul—and I saw.
He spoke through the surf, so mighty and clear,
Ringing out o'er the waves, a truth ringing near:
"I am the lighthouse, the rock amidst time,
Defying the waves of eternity's climb.
When sailors despaired in the dark, lost and weak,
My light pierced the storm—the salvation they seek.
I witnessed their joy, their relief, and their cheer,
As they sailed safely home, leaving danger and fear.
I felt the hope held by the women on shore,
Waiting in dread, eyes turned from the roar.
Now I stand as a monument,
A spirit at rest,
Guiding you forward, by comfort possessed."
His call echoed on, full of courage and might,
Kindling within me a sacred, warm light.
What he was to the ships on the turbulent sea,
I can be to the people in life—this I see!
An anchor, a savior, a radiant beam,
Breaking the darkness—a comforting gleam.
I shall be a lighthouse on life's vast, rolling sea,
Filled with hope, warmth, and a golden decree.
No storm breaks the fire that burns deep within,
As long as my light offers refuge to men.
