Just in time for the superbowl, the perfect dressing sauce to any taco or burrito 🌮. You can also serve it as a dip next to salsa and some tortilla scoops.

CREAMY SCALLOPED POTATOES ✨🥔

Creamy, cheesy, flavorful, and SO comforting! 🤤🧀 Here’s how I make mine:

🛒 Ingredients
• 8–10 potatoes (depending on how much you’re making)
• Butter 🧈
• Fresh minced garlic 🧄
• Flour
• Milk or heavy cream (heavy cream is better but if you don’t have it you can use milk)
• Fresh thyme
• Fresh rosemary
• Bay leaves
• Garlic powder
• Onion powder
• Black pepper
• Salt
• Oregano
• Paprika
• Sharp cheddar cheese 🧀
• Mozzarella cheese 🧀
• Parmesan cheese 🧀

👩🏽‍🍳 Directions

1️⃣ Wash and thinly slice your potatoes. Layer them in your baking dish and set aside.

2️⃣ In a pan, melt your butter and add fresh minced garlic. Stir in a little flour to create your base.

3️⃣ Slowly add your milk or heavy cream, stirring until smooth.

4️⃣ Add fresh thyme, fresh rosemary, and bay leaves. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, oregano, and paprika. 🌿✨

5️⃣ Mix everything together, cover, and let it warm for about 10–15 minutes, allowing all those flavors to come together.

6️⃣ Remove the cover and add sharp cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan. Stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.

7️⃣ Pour the cheesy sauce evenly over your layered potatoes.

8️⃣ Top with even MORE cheese because… obviously. 😂🧀

9️⃣ Bake at 385°F until the potatoes are tender and cooked through and the top is golden and bubbly.

✨ And there you have it—creamy, cheesy homemade scalloped potatoes! 🥔🧀🤤

Save this recipe for your next family dinner! ❤️

Creamy garlic mashed potatoes is the side dish that should be on everyone’s dinner table on Thanksgiving. 🥔

Ingredients
* 7 golden potatoes
* Water
* Salt, to taste
* ½ cup heavy cream
* ¼ cup whole milk
* Fresh thyme
* Fresh rosemary
* 5 garlic cloves
* Butter
* Garlic powder
* Black pepper
* Fresh chopped chives

Instructions
1. Prepare the potatoes: Peel and cut the potatoes into cubes.
2. Boil: Add the potatoes to a pot and cover with water. Add a splash of salt, cover, and cook until fork-tender.
3. Prepare the cream mixture: In a separate saucepan, combine heavy cream, whole milk, fresh thyme, rosemary, garlic cloves, and a scoop of butter. Heat until warm, allowing the herbs and garlic to infuse the cream. Do not boil.
4. Mash: Drain the cooked potatoes and transfer them to a large bowl. Mash until smooth.
5. Add the cream: Slowly pour the warm cream mixture into the potatoes, a little at a time, mixing until you reach your desired creamy consistency.
6. Season: Add garlic powder, salt, chives, and black pepper to taste. Mix everything until well combined.
7. Serve: Transfer the mashed potatoes to a serving dish, top with a scoop of butter and freshly chopped chives.
Enjoy your creamy, buttery garlic herb mashed potatoes!

It’s officially November 1st, which means my 25 Days of Thanksgiving series starts TODAY! 🦃🤎 And what better way to kick things off than with my viral Thanksgiving turkey recipe from last year?! If you haven’t tried it yet, this is your sign!

Ingredients

Compound Butter
* 6 large scoops softened butter
* Black pepper, smoked paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, Adobo, cayenne, chicken bouillon, beef bouillon, and chopped parsley
Turkey
* 1 whole turkey, brined overnight
* Chopped carrots, potatoes, and onion
* Fresh rosemary, sage, and parsley
* Butcher’s twine
* Water
* Cheesecloth
Instructions
1. Make the butter: Mix softened butter with all seasonings and parsley.
2. Prepare the pan: Add chopped carrots, potatoes, and onion to the bottom of the roasting pan.
3. Dry the turkey: Remove the turkey from the brine and pat dry with paper towels.
4. Add butter: Separate the skin from the meat and spread compound butter underneath the skin and all over the turkey.
5. Inject: Melt leftover butter and inject it into the turkey. Make extra compound butter if needed.
6. Stuff: Fill the cavity with parsley, rosemary, sage, carrots, and onion. Tie the legs with butcher’s twine.
7. Marinate : Cover and refrigerate overnight to let the flavors soak in.
8. Start roasting: Add water to the roasting pan. Roast your turkey uncovered at 400°F for 1 hour.
9. Add cheesecloth: Dip cheesecloth in melted butter and drape it over the turkey. Reduce the oven to 355°F and roast for another 3–5 hours, depending on the turkey’s size.
10. Baste: Baste every 30 minutes and inject with pan juices a few times during cooking.
11. Check doneness: Cook until the turkey reaches 165°F, avoiding touching the bone.

Rest and serve: Let the turkey rest for 20–30 minutes before carving.
