Here’s a short and sweet video of my shenanigans trying out the new Puma Nitro at the ABSA activation run 😁

Question is…Did I finish the run??

This past week was all about MOVEMENT. 💫

From getting the kilometres in at the Garmin run, to being surrounded by women showing up, getting fit, feeling good and looking GOOD while doing it. 💅🏾🔥

Different spaces, same energy — **move your body, enjoy it, and look good doing it.**

Turns out my week understood the assignment before I even did. 😂

This is how I #MoveInMaxed. 🏃🏾‍♀️💕

POV: I said I’m going for a run… nobody said I had to be serious about it.

A little running, a little chaos, a LOT of colour, a somehow we made it to the finish line. 😭🏅

For me, movement isn’t about being the fastest or looking like an athlete. It’s about showing up, having fun, and collecting stories along the way.

Photographer behind the camera.
Runner when I feel brave enough to get in front of it.
Creative everywhere in between.

This is what moving looks like on me. 💗

Last week? God really deserves a love letter from my heart.

Had the craziest week of my life ( okay I’m exaggerating) but listen to the story 😂. The night before the workshop I hadn’t seen an ounce of sleep in fact that week I had smol’ 🤏🏻pockets of sleep. From the editing to preparing the slides for the workshop and training ( which didn’t happen btw😭💔 we literally raw dogged that race ) I can say the block was hot 🔥 .

So on the morning of the workshop I showed up and literally God took over and I also conquered my fears guuuuys!😁 I stood in front beautiful women and I imparted something something😌 and I “educated” ( okay educated is a BIG 👀word) them and they actually took notes! I realised I know some things about the industry I’m in 😌😭. Was so humbled.

I say this a lot :” I never know how smart I am until we actually have a conversation “ which is weird but makes lot of sense in my head 😂

Nonetheless , we showed up, conquered and we also finished the run and got our medal! 🥇 taken in 45 Main Street-Anglo Corporate Office by @tshepis_view

1st Race 😁

maan 😅, nobody tells you that race pack collections are a vibe and you can’t do an “in and out” . My Uber fare was mad high but definitely 💯 worth it 🫶🏻

I used this picture as motivation to finish!
