January went from dreaded to shredded thanks to @primalqueenera !! January was another dreaded 2 cycle(menses) month!! Typically when I have a month like this, I am mostly wrote off for the whole month, and I was absolutely not looking forward to January! However, it turned out to be quite the pleasant surprise instead! Watch to the end for my calendar tracker of days I worked out...usually in a typical 2 cycle mth, im lucky if I get in 5 days for the month! Thanks to Primal Queen, not only was I not wrote off for the month, my symptoms for both cycles were VERY minimal...just a bit tired...ill take that compared to the alternatives i had been experiencing! I was able to stay quite active throughout the nth, as you can see! Got out and enjoyed winter for the first time in forever and kept up with my healthy eating at home, becauae I wasn't too drained and out of it to do so.Are you struggling with perimenopause and all the joys that come with it??
