So I forgot to post this from my vacation to Florida in July. Along with almost drowning in the Atlantic, I almost got to fly to the moon. by @tsotamom

The last four days of my visit to Florida, we went to Orlando. We were going to go to Epcot but that day 3 of the 4 adults were too sick or in my car in too much leg pain from all the walking 🚶‍♂️ I had done on this trip. We mostly visited Disney Springs which is a huge outdoor mall, and huge is an understatement. The first two photos are of both sides of a bridge we crossed many times. I never saw any alligators though. We went to 3 different restaurants for the 3 nights. One of them was an Irish restaurant which had entertainment. The Irish dancers. Then we also walked all over the place and passed a very large Lego store which had a line going out of it to just get in and shop and this was on a Monday night. The dragon and Mickey plus several other installments are all made out of Legos. They had I think 5 or 6 five story parking lots just for this shopping plaza. And thankfully they were free. But I bought all my souvenirs at one of the many souvenir shops in the public domain. One postcard in Disney Springs cost $4 so I got my post cards 6 for $1 outside at those less expensive stores. taken in Disney Springs by @tsotamom

Like I said it was really hot and they had these spray poles about every 500 feet that could spray just your feet or your whole body. There was always a nice breeze and at one point it actually rained. There were people actually hiding under cover and the rain was only like Seattle rain which is soft and why nobody uses umbrellas there. It wasn't like a down pour like Arizona rain. Oh and they had these big fans every where about every 100 feet. (2nd photo) the last photo was of these birds and people were feeding them and it made me laugh because it reminded me of the birds in Finding Nemo "mine, mine, mine" by @tsotamom

The next day we went to a jungle zoo in Melbourne Florida. I walked 🚶‍♂️ at least 3 miles with my walker. To say that I was tired and worn out by the end of the tour is an understatement. But it was beautiful and I got to feed a giraffe. Many of the animals like the lions, tigers and bears (Oops wrong story) I don't think they had bears. Were sleeping because it was very hot and humid. taken in Brevard Zoo by @tsotamom

Resort Beach in Indialantic the day I almost drowned. Notice the back to back waves. I don't know if the different shades of water indicate the rip tide due to the strong pull of sand and the waves were really frothy taken in Indialantic Beach by @tsotamom
