This year’s @tspculinary cooking demos hosted at Jardin Pilar in Todos Santos showed guests how to cook with ingredients native to Baja California, introduced new techniques by chefs from Baja, Mexico and the world, and created wonderful memories shared over delicious drinks and cocktails.

Part 2 of Opening Night for @tspculinary was nothing but love; for the drinks we toasted with, the sponsors who support the work, and perhaps most importantly for the food and the chefs who innovate using local ingredients that spotlight the magic of this pueblo and our beloved Baja California Sur every day.

Part 1: There’s something about summer that brings on a wistfulness for days gone by.

And with the arrival of warmer weather this week, we’re diving into sweet memories of the recent @tspculinary earlier in June that brought together almost 4,500 people over three days across our beautiful towns of Todos Santos, Pescadero and Cerritos Beach. And what better place to open the festival on Friday evening than atop @elmiradoroceanview!

Thank you to the incredible local chefs who fed us, our sponsors, and each of our guests who savored the dishes that made the moments matter. This is Part 1, more memories and gratitude to share. Stay tuned!

Parte 1: El verano tiene algo especial que evoca nostalgia por los días pasados.

Con la llegada del clima más cálido esta semana, nos sumergimos en los gratos recuerdos del reciente evento @tspculinary, celebrado a principios de junio, que reunió a casi 4.500 personas durante tres días en nuestras hermosas localidades de Todos Santos, Pescadero y Cerritos Beach. ¡Y qué mejor lugar para inaugurar el festival, la tarde del viernes, que en la cima de @elmiradoroceanview!

It’s just not possible to have this much fun in America….

Javi has impeccable taste and to watch him activate two whole towns into one gigantic culinary festival is awe inspiring. It’s honestly worth it just for the live music alone.
