What an incredible/unique match. Staff was on point and the vibes were high.

Started strong then bombed 3 stages in a row.
Fell off the balance beam. Cost me 5.5 seconds alone. Next stage shot a head box for 1 mike and
2 NS. Stage after that I had a malfunction and ran out of Dman ammo standing reload. Unreal.
Had 3 stages left, 2 5%ers and the final stage being 18%. Did decently on the 2 strong hand/ week hand stages Down 86 points going in to the last stage. (Hammock start) I told my self I had to give it everything I had, not knowing if even a perfect would be enough to scrape into third.
Shot the stage. Fastest time overall on that stage 😉Then…..The RO comes up to me at the end and claims foot fault.... My heart drops to the floor. I fight it. The ROS watch the video like 15 times, then call for range master to discuss. They all huddle for another 5 minutes... my hearts racing because I knew it was a good run but not sure if it was enough to push me. They come back with no foot fault.. refresh the scores and BOOOMMMM somehow snuck into third by 1.73 points 🤓

Man where to begin.
What a fun sport.
Proud of what I’ve been able to accomplish in the 8 months I’ve been shooting. So many awesome people and amazing experiences.

Not happy with my performance. This match gets me excited for what I’ll be able to accomplish this year.
Small mistakes every stage added up. Clean up some things and I won’t have to scroll down on the PC app🤣

Pros:
stage execution (for the most part)
Mentally kept fighting
Footwork/speed
Cons:
3 Malfunctions on 3 stages 🙁
STUPID, and I mean awful mikes/NS. At this point in my shooting skills these can’t happen. Both NS were on far targets shooting still…😐😐😐. One true Mike (pulled off target too fast)
Rest on HC targets. (Damn swingers)
Had foggy glasses on 2 stages.

I can shoot sooooo much better. I have shot better. We move on.

Started with freezing hands. Got hot 2 hours later. 30 minutes after that it’s wind gusts of like 25mph back to freezing 😎 taken in Volusia County Gun & Hunt Club by @tsqueez

Lots of smoke in LO at Volusia!!!

Top 10 in LO are all extremely solid shooters.

Little over a month removed from my pistol and was able to lock it back in. Feels gooooood to be back on the hand gun.

Lots of mistakes. I try not to be too hard on my self due to the absence of training and being home but I expect better from my self.

Great group of guys and lots of trash talking hahaha.

Mike and running past 2 targets on one stage cost me big time. Lessons learned.

Happy with the outcome. Unsatisfied with the performance. So much more in the tank.

First USPSA in over a month. (With a pistol) felt amazing to be back

Fun but extremely hot day. Ran dry(only Mike) and malfunction cost me the number one spot today. Tight margins.
The Texas state championship completely changed my mind set on shooting and it shows.
My first GM performance!! (95-100% off Gorka)

First time shooting a PCC😂

Is it gay? Maybe, is it a lot of fun… Hell yea!!

I zeroed and shot 20 rounds with this MPX last weekend and said F it, let’s shoot it at a match.

sooooooo much fun. I’ll be sticking to LO but don’t be surprised when I show up with my shirt untucked 😉😉😉

Also this is the first march at Volusia with a classifier (go figure the one time I shoot PPC). Weak hand I did NOT see the dot because it’s the first time I’ve put a stock on my weak side shoulder LMAOOO 4 mikes on the last string 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 by @tsqueez

All 12 stages in the Order I shot them.

Turns out if you bomb the biggest stage of the match it doesn’t turn out well 😃

First time flying/out of state major.
Shot 9/12 stages pretty well, was contending top 2 in LO for most of the day. Last 2 stages really fell apart. Hammer follow on 12 scrambled the already fatigued brain of mine, completely forgot to shoot a target, then rushed.

I actually slowed down for once. ( shocking) resulted in the most alphas I’ve ever collected, I learned more this match than any other match by far.

I’m right where I need to be to win. Mental is what’s holding me back.

Blazing hot day but had a blast with the boys.
One step closer. I’m starting to learn how to shoot.
Have to clean up some easy mistakes that’s costing me (compilation of me being a dummy at the end lol)

This match may have been some of the best local stages manny has ever set up. Beyond fun and unique.

Didn’t feel like I deserved the win today tbh.
I had more C/D than Alphas. ( 119A 60C 9D 1M)

Ran out of ammo again, ran past a target. Majority of my targets a center A then C just in the edge. Gotta figure out how to get that second Alpha when splitting and moving.

Happy with my reloads, can’t get them much faster than that, just more consistent.

Another amazing Saturday doing what I love.
Manny has been killing it with these stage designs.
Incredibly blessed to shoot at a range owned and ran by world class shooters. (Big G and manny)

First time shooting since docs memorial. I guess it like riding a bike haha.
