Life in your 20s is such a weird, beautiful, confusing season. 😭

You’re growing, changing, figuring yourself out, making mistakes, learning what you actually want, and realizing that you don’t have to have your entire life figured out yet.

Some things I’m learning in my 20s:
✨ not everything has to happen on my timeline
✨ having fun isn’t something I have to earn
✨ protecting my peace sometimes means letting people misunderstand me
✨ I can be proud of where I am while still wanting more
✨ growing up is really just getting to know yourself over and over again

If you’re also navigating your 20s, I hope this reminds you that you’re not behind. You’re becoming. 🤎

5 things that increased my confidence ✨

1. Keeping promises to myself
2. Taking care of myself even when nobody’s watching
3. Doing things that scare me
4. Learning to stop over-explaining myself
5. Letting myself evolve without needing everyone to understand

Confidence really started changing for me when I stopped waiting to feel confident and started giving myself reasons to trust myself. 🤎
