ask me what I missed most about being home 🌞 by @ttaehlynmartinn
These past 4 months have been the most mentally challenging but also the most encouraging yet. The Lord had isolated me in a different country after showing me what true community in Him looks like. Thankfully scripture states: “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows. Only goodness and faithful love will pursue me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord as long as I live.” Psalms‬ ‭23‬:‭5‬-‭6‬ and “Where can I go to escape your Spirit? Where can I flee from your presence? If I go up to heaven, you are there; if I make my bed in Sheol, you are there. If I fly on the wings of the dawn and settle down on the western horizon, even there your hand will lead me; your right hand will hold on to me. If I say, “Surely the darkness will hide me, and the light around me will be night” even the darkness is not dark to you. The night shines like the day; darkness and light are alike to you.”‭‭ Psalms‬ ‭139‬:‭7‬-‭12‬!!! It has been a privilege to know that even in the midst of hardship the Lord still prepares a seat at the table for me! I have spent a lot of time by myself recently but have not once felt alone because the Lord has so kindly reminded me of His presence. These photos are some of the gentle ways He has shown me He is always near😇!!! by @ttaehlynmartinn
