🎭CURTAINS🔪

this show was definitely very special for me. this is the first show i have performed in outside of school and i simply couldnt ask for a better cast and crew for my first teen theatre show, everyone involved truly made this a great experience for me and gave me some great memories that i know i will look back on fondly. i have always wanted to play a villain and this show finally gave me that opportunity with the character of Daryl Grady. throughout the past two months in this show, ive met a lot of new people and made some great friendships that i really cherish. thank you everyone for making my first teen theatre show such a blast, i miss it already :(

everybody was irritated, but we were irritated together <3 #wholehousehappy by @ttaywreed

ANASTASIA 💜

This show has my whole heart.

This has definitely been my most challenging show yet but has also grown to become my favorite i have done so far. the role of Vlad Popov gave me an amazing opportunity to grow so much as both an actor and a singer and i am so glad that i got that chance. i’ve had the best sophomore year i could ever ask for, and im super grateful to the amazing mr cox and ms lowry as well as my peers and especially my fellow leads who i simply cant go without thanking:

Norah, thank you for being the funniest person and bestest friend ever and making sure i always get a good laugh in every day and always making rehearsal a fun time and something to look forward to, especially on days where it was harder to keep going

Abby, thank you for always being so sweet and always telling me how funny i am (even though i already know that duh) and always telling me that i could do it even when i doubted myself

Caden, thank you for always being someone i could rely on. always giving me a ride to school or rehearsal when i needed it and always being there for me when im in a bind. and thank you for believing in me and being so supportive and helpful to me in my journey of finding my voice

Sophie, thank you for being so amazing to work and act alongside and making The Countess and the Common Man the most fun song ever to perform. youre truly so funny and an amazing actress and such a pleasure to work with

Abel, from the very bottom of my big fat heart, thank you, for always believing in my potential, for supporting me since the very beginning of my theater journey, for helping me overcome the hurdles this show brought, and for being the best Dmitry this production could ask for

(im so sad yall are all seniors and leaving wahhh 😿)

this has been such a special year for me. i cant freaking wait to see what the future holds. thank you to everyone who believed in me. and thank you all for watching.

Ladies and gents, Davey Quinn’s the one!

The Voice of the Prairie was genuinely such a blast to be a part of. This was certainly a big show for me, as it was my most challenging role yet and also my first lead role. Davey Quinn has easily become one of my favorite roles (only beaten by the Velvet Fog himself Jack Scott obviously). Seeing the world of this show come to life over time was such a beautiful thing to witness. I’ve made many memories from this show that I will keep with me for the rest of my life. I’m also very grateful I had the opportunity to win an award for best actor at region competition and then go on to win an all star cast award at state. I’m so so proud of all my peers on the cast and crew and I truly think we did a wonderful job. I’ll always look back on this show fondly and remember all the fine times we had.

Thank you all for giving us the opportunity to tell you Davey Quinn’s story… God bless. taken in At The Edge Of A Cliff by @ttaywreed
