I really enjoyed making this video.

You’ve seen a lot of pictures and updates of the R1300RR over the last months, but I think it’s a bit different when you actually see and hear the bike riding.

This bike has taken a ridiculous amount of time to build. It started life as a nearly new R1300GS, but there isn’t much left from the original bike anymore. New frame, suspension, wheels, exhaust, bodywork and a lot of parts that I had to figure out myself.

The idea was always to build something that I could actually ride hard, not just something that looks good standing still.

And after taking it to the Hellas Rally this year and putting around 1,800 km on it during the rally, I’m honestly pretty happy with how far it has come.

The bike is definitely not finished yet.

But seeing it like this, moving, jumping, sliding around and hearing that boxer… that’s the part I really enjoy.

I hope you enjoy watching it as much as I enjoyed making it.

Let me know what you think about the R1300RR. I’m really curious to hear your opinion.

And yes… I’m still not completely sure where this project is going to end up 😂

World’s toughest enduro race is in the books! 🙌

I finished every day in the Adventure Core class and became the first Norwegian to do so. It was, without a doubt, the toughest physical challenge I’ve ever faced.

I couldn’t have done it without the incredible sportsmanship from my fellow competitors out on the trail, my amazing service crew, and all the partners who helped prepare both the bike and my gear.
