So I guess we can be considered a true Matchcom success story. 15yrs ago today this guy “winked” at this girl and sent me a cute one liner, “Your smile just brighten my day.” Haha. Invited me for a cup of coffee...(a little out of my league, I thought, but what the hell!) I accepted. We met at Starbucks, dinner the next night and we’ve been together everyday since. Five years ago today, I married the love of my life — exactly 15 years to the day we first met. From that very first moment, I knew something special had begun. Since then, we’ve shared a journey filled with love, laughter, challenges, and growth. I’m so grateful for every chapter we’ve written together — and marrying you will always be my favorite. My Journey to the Cellular Performance Institute (CPI)

Day 1 - Flew from Boston to San Diego, checked into the Sheraton with a great view. Enjoyed the day walking around town. Started fasting at 8p, no alcohol all week.

Day 2 - Early wake-up for an 8a transport to Tijuana, Mexico. Arrived at CPI for bloodwork, IV ozone, NAD, and a healthy breakfast. Saw the doctor, had lunch, more IVs, then an MRI & CT scan. Ended the day with a nice dinner with CPI staff and other patients.

Day 3 - Started the day with more IV treatments and hyperbaric oxygen therapy. Began a new supplement called Apatone (vitamin C & K3), aimed at cancer treatment.

Day 4 - Had a medical review for tomorrow’s surgery. Received more IVs and hyperbaric treatment. Found out my treatment plan is more extensive, involving the whole spine and an additional 100 million stem cells.

Day 5 - Surgery day! Nervous but excited. Had stem cell injections and Dave joined me overnight in the hospital.

Day 6 - Woke up in pain, had breakfast, pain meds, then discharged. Went back to the clinic for more stem cells, skipped hyperbaric, and went straight to bed after dinner.

Day 7 - Last treatments today, then transport back to San Diego for a red-eye flight to Boston. Happy Father’s Day, Dad ❤️

Today I want to thank you for all the love, guidance, and support you’ve given me throughout my life. You have always been someone I could look up to, depend on, and learn from. The values you taught me, the sacrifices you made, and the example you set have helped shape the person I am today.

No matter how old I get, I will always be grateful for your wisdom, your strength, and the unconditional love you’ve shown our family. Thank you for being there through the good times and the difficult ones, always offering encouragement and support when I needed it most.

I hope you know how much you are loved and appreciated, not just today but every day. Wishing you a wonderful Father’s Day filled with happiness, laughter, and all the things that bring you joy.

Happy Birthday to my beautiful daughter Paige.💕

Watching you grow into the incredible woman and mother you are today has been one of the greatest blessings of my life. You are strong, loving, compassionate, and devoted in everything you do, and I could not be more proud of you.

Today I celebrate you — not only for the day you were born, but for the incredible man you are every single day. Through all of life’s ups and downs, you have always been my steady place, my protector, my comfort, and my greatest source of strength. I honestly don’t know what I would do without you beside me.
