This weekend was so surreal experiencing the Andre Leon Talley exhibit at #scadfashionmuseum with my daughter. The entire day spent with @_t.a.l.a.y.a was me witnessing some of her dreams come alive. I was in complete awe of her. My heart was so full of joy. All I could think about were the conversations we had when you were a little girl to the ideas we discussed as you were an adult. Now to witness so many of them become a reality. So proud of you. Wish momma was here. I can hear her now “proud of you smooch” Keep going, God ain’t done with you yet.

This week has been rough.

Those that know me, know that I had surgery around this time last year. You all know my extreme weight gain, new health diagnosis and depression kicked in with a vengeance.

So I reached back out to my Coach and told him I want to do a show 2025. He was like, let’s go. I have been making little progress, but not like I want to. This past weekend when completing my core workout, my core seemed weak as *****. I told myself that this was unacceptable.

I have not done these core exercises in over a year. My mind and body has finally connected. I always knew that I had to do more than what was in my plan. Your girl has her creativity back.
