Ouch. But I still should have taken more photos. Tri cities 70.3 was Sunday in Richland Wa. Maybe my 70th? triathlon in 25 years and my 11th half iron man/ 70.3 and, unsurprisingly, my slowest. Still way under 6 hours! But the run. hurt. so. much. Camas and Jason had stellar races! Thanks for the support and for cheering me on: That finish felt like it looked. Already 12 days into high school and a quarter way into Wolfpack JV season: No way!
2-0 start to season for Jv. Cameron is all about it. I guess we should get a few more pics this fall while we still can! by @tttburnham

First concert experience at Happys Inn!
Soul Asylum on a warm, smoky Friday.
Dave Pirner still rocks: Just a great show.
Opening band The Props were great too. They all looked like college freshmen.

I guess there was a lot this week! Nearly 150 miles on the bike; watched the local backyard ultra for a couple hours; air quality went from hazardous to great! Farmers market 300 yards from my house. No good pics of the Friday rain. Also purchased a Subaru to replace my CRV: my fifth in 35 years! by @tttburnham

Last week: Leaving Ashland and home:
Three hour, 3000+ vertical gravel ride in Mt Ashland watershed.
Mom's backyard is magical (five huge Redwood trees).
Swam a mile at Meyer Pool where I worked five summers ☀️
Home to Montana. Danny On hike last week.

36 hours alone but not alone in Sky Lakes Wilderness! Solo mini backpack (25 miles) and I randomly ran into a young hero of mine, Troy: @hikewithpunisher
Troy is a big through hiker and was out assisting Aurelian Sanchez who is gunning for PCT record FKT.
Great little getaway in Southern Oregon.
Quiet and beautiful, but I saw a few people both days. ⛰️ 🌞 by @tttburnham
