Yesterday, I attended the Locket Tour in Vegas carrying something that meant the world to me: a crochet bouquet and a letter I had been holding onto for so long, waiting for the right moment to give to Madison.
Unfortunately, security asked me to leave them at VIP check-in instead. They were so kind and even gave me a cute little pin because they loved the gift, but I still left with a heavy heart.
That letter wasn’t just a piece of paper it was years of gratitude, healing, and love poured into words. It was my chance to tell Madison how much she’s meant to me, how her music carried me through some of the hardest moments of my life, and how she became a source of comfort when I needed it most.
I don’t know if she ever received my bouquet or my letter, and I may never know. So I’m sharing it here instead just in case she does find this post by @ttylerdurdent

I discovered Madison when I was just 14 years old through one of her YouTube covers, and somehow, I knew almost immediately that she was going to become someone really special to me. I fell in love with her voice, her personality, and just the way she was. By the time I turned 15, I was completely and genuinely a fan.
For my 15th birthday, my biggest wish was to have something that connected me to Madison. My best friend at the time made that little dream come true by gifting me a ring with Madison’s initials on it. I remember being SO over the moon. I wore that ring every single day from 15 to 19.But somewhere along the way, that ring became so much more than just jewelry. It became a little piece of my childhood. It represented the girl I was when I discovered Madison, all the memories I made while growing up with her music, and how much she had become a part of my life. When I was 19, my friend and I had a falling out. They asked for the ring back and eventually pawned it. I was absolutely crushed. Not because it was just a ring, but because I felt like I had lost something that held years of memories and so much sentimental meaning.
This year, I decided to have the ring remade. And getting it back was an emotional experience I honestly can’t put into words.Because now, when I look at it, I don’t just see a ring. I see the 14-year-old girl who found Madison on YouTube. I see the 15-year-old girl who was so excited to finally have something that connected her to her favorite artist. I see all the years of growing up, all the memories, all the music, and every version of myself that existed along the way. I never thought something as small as a ring could hold so much of my life inside of it. And maybe that’s why it means so much to me now. I didn’t just remake a ring. Thank you, Tracie and Robert, from the bottom of my heart, for shaping Madison into the incredibly beautiful person she is today. Thank you for loving her unconditionally, for standing beside her through every chapter of her life, and for giving her the kind of love and support that helped shape her into the person so many of us admire today.

The love, kindness, strength, and beautiful heart that Madison carries with her are a reflection of the incredible parents who raised her. Thank you for giving her the foundation to become not only an extraordinary artist, but an extraordinary human being.

And most of all, thank you for giving all of us someone so genuinely beautiful to look up to. Madison has become such an incredible role model and has touched so many lives simply by being herself.
