Before Tu & Kit existed, I was just a makeup artist frustrated with messy kits and nothing staying in place.

So I designed my own solution—everything stored upright, visible, and easy to grab.

That became bag 1.0.

20,000 units sold later… it still feels surreal saying this is where it all started.

One of the questions I get all the time is, “Why isn’t the bag taller?”

It was intentional.

If the bag were taller, your products would have more room to shift and tip over. By keeping the height just right, the built-in dividers actually do their job—keeping everything upright, organised, and exactly where you left it. by @tuandkit

When you’re not sure which makeup bag size you need… send us your makeup 👀💄

One of our customers sent us a photo of her makeup collection and asked us to help her work out whether the Bag 1.0 or Bag 1.0 XL would suit her best.

So I did a little mock-up of her makeup, worked out how everything could fit, and showed her exactly how I’d organise it inside the Bag 1.0 XL — from tallest products at the back to smaller everyday essentials at the front.

Because choosing a makeup bag shouldn’t be a guessing game. 🤍

The Bag 1.0 XL gives you more room while still keeping everything visible, organised and easy to grab — no digging through a pile of makeup.
