Time to introduce myself, I’m Tessa and I’m happy you’re here! Welcome to my little corner of the needlepoint world. Tuck & Thread started as a hand embroidery business in 2020 when the world shut down and my husband and I were stuck in our one bedroom apartment with our dog, Tucker, for months. I spent hours with a needle and thread in hand and Tuck by my side (hence the name). The world opened back up and embroidery became just an occasional pastime. Fast forward to now, I’m a stay at home mom to almost 12 month old twins. Life is crazy and fun and everything in between, they’re just the best ever and I love being a mom. I’ve been an interior designer for the past 7 years and I thrive off of creativity. Needlepoint has been such a life giver this past year. I’ve been able to flex my creative muscles and pick back up my trusty needle and thread again (with Tuck still by my side)! Not to mention creating special keepsakes for my babies, maybe the best part. I hope you follow along and love this little hobby as much as me.
