Quarterbacks, the key to any great throwing session is a great warm up.

Your warm up should be a way to prepare your body to move efficiently.

Increase blood flow
Improve mobility
Activate key muscle groups
Prep the shoulders and core for high velocity throwing

Don’t skip the prep work and see yourself move better, throw better, and get more out of every training session.

Coach Tucker Gleason is a Tampa native, former Plant Panther, and performance coach specializing in strength, speed, and power development, with added expertise in quarterback-specific training. A six-year college football athlete and lifelong student of the game, Coach Gleason brings a rare blend of on-field experience, technical knowledge, and genuine passion for developing athletes the right way: physically, mentally, and emotionally.

Coach Gleason graduated from H.B. Plant High School in 2020, where he was a two-year starting quarterback and two-year team captain, earning All-State and multiple All-Hillsborough County honors. He went on to become a two-year collegiate starter and captain, earning Third-Team All-MAC honors in 2025, four-time All-MAC Academic recognition, and contributing to a MAC Championship season in 2022. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and is currently pursuing a second degree in Computer Science.

A longtime member of the Starks Sports Training family, Coach Gleason began training with Coach Starks in 7th grade and just completed his final year of college football. After a career-ending injury during his final regular season game, he chose to step into coaching, motivated by a desire to help athletes of all positions build confidence, resilience, and long-term success.

In addition to coaching athletes across all sports in our athlete training classes, Coach Gleason is also leading a 3-Phase Quarterback Performance System that blends on-field fundamentals, film study, and speed and strength development.

Known for his calm leadership, attention to detail, and ability to connect with athletes, Coach Gleason creates an environment where athletes feel supported, challenged, and prepared to perform at their best.
