The M3s have reunited this week from their respective clinical sites across the state for Interclerkship Week. This week, students had lectures on a variety of subjects from PFAS to art and participated in service learning projects. They also spent a lot of time reconnecting and sharing experiences and perspectives from the first half of their first year of clinicals. Let’s wish them well for the rest of their third year!

One month ago today, some of our M27 Maine Track students headed to Kansas City for FUTURE 2026! From connecting with medical students, residents, and family physicians from across the country to exploring all that Family Medicine has to offer, it was an incredible few days of learning, networking, and inspiration. We’re grateful for the opportunity to represent Tufts Maine Track and come back even more excited for the future of Family Medicine! 🩺

Some M30s went to the Peach and Flower Festival at Cider Hill Farm in Amesbury this weekend! Fun filled day of peach, blueberry and flower picking with food trucks and a cute farm store too🌻 Tufts provided buses there and back which was super convenient! The annual MS2 trip to Cow Island was a success! M29s had a wonderful time reconnecting with each other after having (as we’ve been told by many people!) their last summer break. M3s take Caribou! 🫎🌲
LIC students from all around Maine trekked up to Caribou for the first didactic day of the year - focused on ECG basics and Psychiatry review! This was the first time we got to spend some quality time together in a while and it was a treat. There was lots of catching up, sharing LIC site experiences, and learning to be done. We stumbled on a Caribou block party, got ice cream near the Canadian border, drove hours through the vast farmlands that make up so much of Aroostook county, and met a cute pup named Winston. The drive may have been long, but June in Caribou with friends is well worth the trip! taken in Caribou, Maine by @tuftsmainetrack
