POSTS STORIES REELS TAGGED

I don't normally draw political art, but it was an option for an assignment for school and I used the opportunity to vent about my frustrations regarding current events.

Biden's government has vetoed multiple calls for immediate ceasefires in Palestine. One of the most powerful nations in the world has used it's power to not only allow the blatant slaughter of thousands of innocent civilians, but also support it. America sends billions of dollars to Isreal in weapons. During all of this, Biden's social media account has posted videos like "sweet treats with Biden" showing Joe getting icecream, while millions are being forcibly starved in Rafah right now.

I highlighted 3 individuals whose stories stood out or griped me particularly. There are many more I have since learned about I would have liked to include, but simply wouldn't have the space. The occupation has been going on for 75 years, and the sheer amount of injustices the world has ignored is unacceptable.

Continue to protest, continue to boycott, continue to uplift Palestinian voices.

My first intaglio print!

Made this by scratching/carving into plexiglass, covering it with ink, clearing off the excess so it was only in the grooves, and then printing it using lots of pressure! (Please ignore the unfinished feather I did not notice it until I was done printing aaaaaah)

One of my projects for class last semester, which was to design a fake music festival poster entirely using Adobe illustator! I learned a lot about drawing with vectors during this and had a lot of fun with the concept too!

You ever just not read a project outline and start going ham on ideas and concepts and find one you really like and spend a bunch of time figuring out the colours and then when you ask your prof for feedback he actually tells you this isn't what the project is AT ALL and now you've wasted an hour and a half on a concept you can't even use? No? Just me? Fun. 💀

Third slide is what the project actually is and man, isn't that just so much more fun and interesting than what I was originally doing? /sarcasm

Are hashtags even worth it like??? I don't care enough right now I just needed to get this shit out of my system I am literally just qjdhdbfkajdkfkw by @tuli_arts

Stelle as a Skogskra for a mytholigcal x honkai star rail collab! A skogskra is a swedish folklore creature that appears as a woman from the front, but has a hollow back and a tail as well as bark-like skin.

For Stelle I thought it would be really neat to use the concept of a skogskra, and have the stellaron be peaking out through the cavity in her back! Let me know what you think about the concept, I really enjoyed drawing this and wouldn't mind exploring more ideas like it!!

I had fun participating in this collab and think everyone's pieces turned out great! Make sure to go check all theirs out and give them some love as well!

Lumine has spent eons running from her problems, travelling world to world to avoid really dealing with why she's even running in the first place. But she's trapped in Teyvat, running is no longer an option, and her past mistakes are steadily catching up...

Enjoy this new Fatui Lumine illustration! Scroll for the other two versions where some effects are removed, I couldn't really decide on just the one version so I decided to post them all. Also please ignore the fact I forgot her freckles I usually give her, I didn't notice until I was literally formatting this post and didn't want to deal with it.

Quick little excercise in drawing teeth I did awhile ago I decided to colour. You guys ever seen those "how to draw teeth/fangs" posts? Yeah, I was inspired by those. This one was really quick, took not much longer than 2 hours? Thats quick for me, considering my usual stuff usually takes me multiple days

And It's done! Here are the DTIYS results! Since there were only 3 entries I didn't rank them in any particular order, you are all winners! Each entry was gorgeous and I loved to see your interpretation of the prompt! Go check out their posts and give them some love, they all did great!!

Even though the challege is over, anyone can still participate in this DTIYS anytime they want, I'll still put them in my DTIYS highlight if you tag me in your post!
