Meet Caprice Aiello, RPN. Caprice’s life sits at the intersection of two worlds she loves: the clinic and the saddle.

An experienced aesthetic nurse injector and treatment provider, Caprice spent nearly a decade working in a plastic surgery clinic. Her background includes assisting with blepharoplasties and facelifts, consulting with patients across a range of plastic surgery procedures, and developing extensive experience in injectable treatments, regenerative aesthetics, skincare, laser technologies, and RF microneedling.

Her path into aesthetics was inspired by her mother, who also became an injector after years of working in operating rooms and plastic surgery. Today, Caprice continues that tradition with a deep commitment to education, patient care, and helping people feel their very best.

Outside the clinic, Caprice is a hunter rider whose love for horses is an equally important part of her life. Alongside her horse, Evermore, affectionately known as Ever, she understands firsthand the unique demands that sun, wind, sweat, and long days at the barn place on an equestrian’s skin.

That combination of medical knowledge and authentic equestrian experience makes Caprice’s perspective especially meaningful to the Tull MD community and our mission to help prevent skin cancer among equestrian athletes and those who support them.
