It was Highschool AT Day hosted by @icsmofoklahoma and our MAT2s were in the building 🌀

we’re doing shout outs all National AT Month- but we HAD to start off with showing love to our MAT students who worked extremely hard for Big 12 Wrestling Weekend 🤼‍♂️🌀

From our leading Student Sports Medicine Coordinators ; Sabrina Borjas (Y2) Kriztien Slackter (Y1) and Betsy Wilson (Y1) - to our wonderful student volunteers- this year was one for the books & we are so proud!!

Last run! The MAT2s just finished their last in person presentation for the program- ending off with a bang as they each talk about important issues regarding our athletes & community.

In this Psychosocial class, the students were able to go into a deeper dive into mental health conditions & diagnosis, how that can impact our athletes, and what that role looks like for us as future athletic trainers. 🧠
