Great night at Gremlin Jiujitsu!!

Cate got her much deserved first stripe!! She’s a lanky little menace! It’s so cool to see people get better. It’s my favorite part about jiujitsu.

My friends were sending food videos late last night and then my mind spiraled and I knew I needed to create a Biscoff cheesecake stuffed muffin.

So I present to you an insane fall recipe… I combined two of my old recipes I wrote years ago and now we have

“Pumpkin Banana Streusel Biscoff Cheesecake Muffins” 😂😂

Inspired by Chloe‘s giant cookies - Biscoff cookie butter stuffed giant cookies. These weigh 5 ounces each and are stuffed with an ounce of cookie butter. 🤤

I was super excited when somebody ordered these. Biscoff is definitely one of the best flavors.

I have 6 available after the order that was placed. If anyone would like to order, send me a DM.

Each box will have 10, 1.5 inch mini cookies as well as vanilla & chocolate icing for dipping. Choose from chocolate chip or m&m chocolate chip. You can also do 1/2 & 1/2 if you prefer.

Limited quantities available so get them while you can. These are so fun and cute for a movie night treat.

My sweet friend Nancie is headed to compete at Master Worlds and come back the champ once again!! This time at brown belt. It’s always such an honor to get to train with her! She’s always willing to take matches against women significantly younger than her, I’m talking decades and never complains. She just wants to get better and it’s so incredible to have someone like this as a role model! Good luck !!! We’re all cheering so loud for you!!

This is our 3rd August together where Nancie throws me around and I realize just how much trouble these ladies are in going against her! These throw backs throughout the last 3 years are so fun to see. Hopefully we’ll still be on the mats together for years to come! 🤍💙💜🤎🖤 by @turkeyysammich

Nichole’s first open mat, we just started in closed guard and then I had to beat her a teenie bit because 20 years ago we tried to fight so I had to prove I could win now. 😇
