New Beginnings. New Endings.

Goodbye, Berlin.

Nearly 15 years ago, I packed my bags and moved to this vibrant, unpredictable, and ever-changing city. From the moment I arrived, Berlin has been more than just a home; it’s been a partner in shaping who I am today. Together, we’ve had an unforgettable journey filled with challenges, triumphs, and growth. What a ride it has been!

But as life always evolves, so must we. At the start of 2025, I will bid farewell to this incredible city and embrace a new adventure in Zurich. This marks not just a move, but a new chapter—one filled with fresh opportunities, perspectives, and connections.

For those of you who have been considering working with me, this is your moment. I will continue to offer 1:1 sessions and workshops until my departure, and I’d love to hold space for transformation, clarity, and connection with you during these final months in Berlin.

Three years. Countless breaths. So many unforgettable moments.

Today I’m closing a chapter as a Nike Breathwork Coach.

What started as an exciting opportunity became so much more—a chance to connect with incredible people, create space to slow down, breathe, and remember what truly matters.
I’m deeply grateful to everyone who showed up, trusted the process, and shared these experiences with me. Thank you to the amazing team behind it all and to every participant who reminded me that something as simple as the breath can create meaningful change.

While this chapter comes to an end, everything I’ve learned and shared will stay with me. Growth doesn’t end with a title—it continues with every new beginning.

Thank you, NIKE Family, @nike @nikeberlin for the journey. You made my inner child super happy 🤍

• Weekly Routines •

Meditation came into my life at a time when I was searching for stillness. I was moving through life at high speed — constantly crashing against the walls of reality. Meditation humbled me. It grounded me. It made me feel better. Slowly, I began learning the art of simply being. Some days it’s 5 minutes. Other days it’s 30.

What matters is finding what works for you.

There’s also science behind it:

• Reshapes brain structure and function
• Reduces stress and anxiety
• Improves focus and emotional control
• Supports physical health

This weekly routine is just a recommendation.
It works for me — maybe it works for you too.

Being back on stage felt like reclaiming a part of myself. Grateful, deeply, to be part of this beautiful work. There were moments I didn’t know if my body would make it back in time—but rehearsals reminded me that strength also lives in trust.

This one carried something special.
And to close the run with my mom in the audience, traveling all the way to Berlin—that meant everything. A moment I’ll hold onto forever.

Why do people leave their homes?
To grow, to explore, to follow a feeling they can’t ignore.

After 15 years in Berlin, I felt ready for a new chapter.
Something different. Something more.

When we made it official, there were many emotions.
Some friends were excited, some were sad, and everyone felt it in their own way.

One year later, I can say this with gratitude: it was the right decision.

Yes, there are challenges.
Yes, I still question myself sometimes.
Yes, I miss my friends—and parts of who I used to be.

But alongside all of that…

I feel happiness.
I feel more connected to myself and the people closest to me.
I feel more stability, clarity, and peace.

And that makes this journey worth it.
