The most vulnerable, unaesthetic, raw thing I have ever posted, but I just had to speak. This is what’s real right now and this is our reality. Bays GoFundme just hit 1k and I am actually overwhelmed with gratitude. For everyone who donated, shared, reposted, prayed and reached out thank you so much. Bay has such so many people that love him and believe in him like I do.
The fact that in one day we were able to hit $1000 amazes me and my family. To everyone of Lei and I friends & family. We love you and we thank you for the help during a very scary time.

Having a senior dog one of hardest parts is watching your boy not function the way he use to. This summer I noticed Bay slowing down a bit not having the same energy that was once so bright last summer. But he still had that heart of the puppy I met at 3 months old. Anytime anyone asks me, “how old is he?” They never believe me when I say 12. This is how I know we still have a good amount of time left together.
Last week I received the most gut wrenching call no dog parent wants to hear. Bay has a 7cm mass on his right lung and immediately the word cancer came up. Anyone who’s knows me knows I would literally sell my own lung to save this boy. I don’t know who I am without Bay. Like any mother I am prepared to do whatever needs to be done because I know this is just another huddle we will have to overcome together. So everyone please keep my special boy in your prayers has we see a specialist tomorrow to figure out exactly what is going on and what the nexts step will be to help my boy live out the best life possible.
