This was a really fun one…client wanted a custom st Michael and a representation of the psalm 23:4 “Yea, though I walk through the valley of death…” wanted to try something different. Inspired by artists like Octavio Ocampo, On the forearm, I wanted to create a dual-image, where up close a figure is walking through a valley with demons and such in the distance, but when viewed from afar it would reveal the image of a skull. As the song says...it's in progress. Fun sleeve on my little brother. Everything is healed except the elbow rock and the frog on the inner forearm. We'll get back into it in January.
