Not one customer! 🥺 … Lights on. Music playing. Escalators running for nobody.

This used to be normal life. 😔 Now everything’s online and instant.

Progress, sure. … But this felt… sad. 😢💔

Am I just reminiscing a little too much or does this bother you too? 🥺

Born in Pontiac. Parents divorced when I was eight. Mom moved us 700 miles south.

Twelve schools, twelve years. A broken femur and six weeks in traction. A fifth grade teacher who decided I was worth something before I believed it.

None of that looked like preparation at the time. All of it was.

Would you EVER go back to an ex? 👀❤️

I asked podcast host and dating coach Sabrina Zohar if getting back with an ex is ever a good idea… and her answer might surprise you! 🎤🔥

Now I want to hear from YOU! 👇

💔 Have you ever gone back to an ex?
❤️ Would you give an ex a second chance?
🚩 Or is an ex an ex for a reason?

Most people hand you tips. Tips are fine. Tips also evaporate by Thursday.

Fourteen frequencies is a framework. It maps to the Core 5 - faith, health, relationships, business, finances - and when those tune, everything downstream moves with them.

That's the difference between advice you enjoy and structure you can actually live inside.

It's exactly what I break down in my new book, 14 Frequencies of Proximity.

We’re all busy but when was the last time you actually gave yourself permission to PLAY? 🌿

I had such a great conversation with @melissacoulier Melissa Coulier about why adults need “recess” too and how getting outside, moving and connecting with others can be the reset we didn’t realize we needed.

And of course, I had to ask about someone many of us grew up watching ... her husband Dave Coulier (aka Uncle Joey) from Full House. ❤️ I’ll post more on that soon! by @tvronia
