🤯Antwan’s NXT2NONE lip-care collection has not officially launched yet.

But he already has 85 new leads and 8 pre-orders.

And let me tell you what we did not do.

We did not wait until launch day to start looking for customers.

We used a giveaway to collect leads and create interest around his products.

Then we built his Content Creator Army and brought the creators together for a virtual content day after they received their products.

No waiting for months.

No constantly chasing creators.

No sending out free products and wondering whether the content would ever get posted.

I also helped each creator register as an affiliate through UpPromote on Shopify. Now they have personal links and can earn a commission from the sales they help generate.

One Reel from this strategy has already generated more than 2,200 views, 106 likes, 36 comments, 36 shares, and 19 reposts.

But the real win is not just the views.

Antwan has leads, content, affiliates, and paying customers before launch day.
