You’re definitely One in a Melon! 🍉🍉🍉

I look at you everyday and still don’t know how it’s already been a whole year. You amaze us everyday with everything you learn, soaking in the world around you. Mama and dada are so blessed to be your parents. You bring us so much love, joy and laughter. I can’t wait to see what year two will bring. To more adventures, more laughter, and so much love that surrounds you baby girl. Mama loves you!

Our hearts have been filled with so much love as we’ve become a family of 3. Say hello to Adelynn Quinn Lac.

These past 2 weeks have been a whirlwind as we experience being first time parents. The lows and the highs of bringing a life into this world. Beyond the sleepless nights, endless diaper changes, sore and tender breasts, crying, spit-ups, and constant worrying if she’s still breathing, there’s also my own postpartum recovery.

But then… the need to just stare at her face while she sleeps so soundly, the warmth of her tiny body as we get in all the snuggles, the beautiful bonding of skin-to-skin, the little sounds escaping from her lips, the flashes of smiles as she dreams, the most adorablest baby feet and hands, and the preciousness of knowing all the things it took for us to create our little bundle of joy. It’s all worth it.

We are mesmerized. And we are deeply in love. Hello Adelynn, my beautiful darling. by @twee
