Every celebration begins with a vision. From the first candle to the final floral detail, Hank Hall became an immersive garden-inspired celebration designed to leave a lasting impression. Thoughtful design, beautiful florals and layered details transformed the space into a completely new experience, bringing one couple’s vision to life. by @twelve24events

Still pinching ourselves ✨ We’re honored to see Emily & Jason’s wedding featured in @caratsandcake —a celebration that perfectly blended retro charm, lush meadow-inspired design, and joyful, personality-filled details. From vibrant oranges, sunny yellows, and fresh greens to playful nods like vintage train ticket menus and custom bar wraps inspired by the venue’s iconic ceiling, every element was thoughtfully curated to celebrate both the space and the couple’s fun-loving spirit. Eclectic vessels, colorful fruits, and intentional details throughout brought an energetic, cheerful feel to the day—and we loved bringing this vision to life at Twelve24 Events. NO SLEEP, just good vibes 💤🐑 Levi’s pajama party was one for the books! Behind the scenes, this one came with a plot twist. A last-minute venue change the night before meant late-night resets, a reworked floor plan, and an incredible team effort to bring it all together. And we did just that. Hundreds of people. Countless moving pieces. Rentals from Chicago, Florida & New York. Shipping delays. Postponed flights. Missing inventory. Custom builds. And a whole lot of “we’ll figure it out.” Because behind every seamless wedding is a process that rarely is. You may see the magic. We handle the chaos. 🤍 Event planning & design & reel - @twelve24events Venue - @departmentevents Floral - @stemeventdesign Catering - @fortebelanger Day of MNGT - @redcoatladies Photographer - @camilaurreaa Videographer - Dennis Mulyar @thefilmhouseweddings Entertainment: DJ - @vikassapra @4amnyc SAX - @friedblues Percussionist - @jaredsykes Ceremony & cocktail hour music - @midtownstrings Pre-ceremony Harp player - Kiernan O’Mara Cake - @homebakeryroch Vegan cake - @botanical_bakeshop Rentals - @luxeeventrentals Linens - @nuagedesignsinc Napkin linens - Reverie Cocktail paper napkins + guest towels - @cartoleria.design Menus + Table Numbers - @allegraprintingsouthfield Custom Builds - @prop9studio Invitations - @leespaperie Makeup - Todd’s Room Ice sculpture - @finesseicemi Sushi station - @monjinlau Dinnerware - @differentlookrentals Bus shuttles - @dreamlimousinesinc Photo booth - @roamboothandbar Lighting + Sound - @Encore Bearcom Flooring - Mike, MB Quality Flooring Chairs - @atlaseventrental Dance floor wraps - @detroit_vinyl_wraps Drape & ceiling - @eventsandbeyondmi Glassware and back bars - @eventtheorymi Dance floor - @bandaydeventsgroup Reception stage - Imperial Staging Labor - @continentalserves Photos in the gardens - @cranbrookhouseandgardens Rehearsal dinner/ welcome reception – RH Birmingham taken in The Department at Hudson's by @twelve24events
